Episode begins with Jagdish tells Mahima that she married Arjun by deceiving him but she could not win Arjun’s heart because of her selfish attitude. He says that Mahima never tried to spend time with Arjun because Mahima was always busy with shopping and parlour. He asks her to not show her fake tears to him. He tells her that Kaashvi forgot everything after seeing Arjun in this condition and Mahima should learn from Kaashvi. He reveals that Arjun is with Mahima for Karun’s sake. He warns her to change her attitude else she will lose everything. He goes inside.
Mahima tells herself that Jagdish is mad like Arjun. She says that she won’t let Kaashvi come near Arjun after the marriage. She hope Kaashvi and Aditya gets married as soon as possible. Karun comes there and asks Mahima that where Arjun will become fine. She thinks that perfect timing. She decides to use him to separate Kaashvi from Arjun. She tells him that nothing will happen to Arjun. She says that she think bad happens with them whenever they are with Kaashvi. She adds that they should stay away from Kaashvi. He tells her that Kaashvi is super woman and Kaashvi saves him always. She pushes him in irritation. He goes to Arjun.
Doctor says that Arjun lost so much blood and they don’t have time to go to hospital or blood bank. Kaashvi tells him that she know Arjun’s blood group. She asks him to take her blood. Karun asks Kaashvi that whether Arjun will become fine. Kaashvi assures Karun that Arjun will become fine. Doctor tells everyone to wait outside. Everyone goes out except Kaashvi. Doctor stitches Arjun’s injury. Kaashvi donates her blood to save Arjun ( Title song plays in the background ).
Jagdish cries. Dadi tells Jagdish that nothing will happen to Arjun. Aditya consoles Jagdish. Jagdish says that Aditya is really good person and he is glad Kaashvi choosed Aditya. Doctor comes there and says that Arjun is out of danger now. Everyone goes inside. Dadi tells Kaashvi to go and get ready for engagement. Kaashvi tells Dadi that she won’t leave from there until Arjun regains his consciousness.
Aditya leaves from there. Dadi follows Aditya and stops him. She tells him that he can call off the marriage because she know he is upset. Aditya tells her that he knew this will be loveless marriage. He says that he loves Kaashvi so much and his love is enough for them. He adds that he want to know Kaashvi want to marry him or not.
Arjun regains his consciousness. He says that nothing can happen to him until Kaashvi is there for him. Kaashvi leaves from there. Romila drags Mahima from there. She says that Aditya and Kaashvi’s marriage should happen at any cost.
