Episode starts with, Tripti recalling the night when Payal set up a camera and asked her to fake an accident. She explains to her the entire plan and how she is supposed to run the car over her and it is supposed to look very real. Payal would give her a sign after which she would come from behind and stop the car at the end moment. The woman fails to follow her instructions twice in fear. Payal screams at her and asks her to do as she says or else she would kill her. She asks Tripti to be relaxed and drive the car fast and stop at the end moment.
Payal again walks in front of the camera but Tripti is unable to hit the brake at the last moment since the brake malfunctions. Payal really gets hit badly by the car and starts bleeding. Bindiya comes to Krishna’s room and finds his phone under his bed. She tries to turn on his phone to find out if Payal asked him to meet. She finds a video of Payal lying in the hospital. Baldev and others panic and worry about Krishna. They worry that he might get into trouble for Payal. Indu hurriedly asks Vikram to take out their car but Bindiya asks her not to worry and not to panic. She says that at this time only she must visit the hospital.
Krishna visits Payal’s cabin at the hospital while Tripti watches them from outside. He looks all around the cabin and checks the medicines and machineries. He thinks Payal is acting again. He laughs and tells Payal what an oscar winning performance she is giving. He asks how she does all these wonderful acting performances and if she took acting classes. He says that she kept on playing with his heart with her acting. He asks Payal to wake up and stop her acting. He removes Payal’s mask and immediately she really starts having jolts. He laughs and says what a wonderful acting she is doing.
He tells that he is not going to fall for her fake acting this time . The doctor comes in and asks what he is doing and she can even die. Krishna thinks he is a fake doctor and asks how much money he got for this drama. He tells the doctor that she is a very good actor and liar and he knows very well that all of this is a drama. The doctor shows Krishna blood oozing out from Payal’s wounds and asks if he thinks this is fake.
The doctor explains to Krishna that she is in a critical state and might die any moment. Bindiya comes and asks the doctor what’s wrong with her. The doctor says that this is a hit and run case. Nidhi suddenly feels uneasy and restless due to Payal being so dangerous. Tripti breaths in relief for the plan to work out. In a flashback Payal is seen talking to Tripti while laughing after the injury and asking her to give her the sedative injection so that everything looks real. Episode ends.
