The episode starts with Kabir and Kesar staring into each other’s eyes. Kabir dreams of telling the truth to Kesar. Kesar asks Kabir to put her down as she is fine. Kabir drops Kesar. Kesar comes to Narayan. Suraj says to Kesar that Narayan has lost consciousness due to shock. Hetal asks Kesar how could she be this irresponsible. Suraj says to Hetal that it’s not Kesar’s fault and says he saw Kesar was distracted with an important phone call. Ambica says to Kesar that she should have focused on Narayan when she was with him. Hetal sees that there is a lot of oil on the stairs and slider and says to Ambica about it. Ambica decides to ask Manoj about the oil. Kesar says to Ambica that she knows where the oil came from. Suraj thinks Kesar will tell the truth about him to everyone. Kesar says to Ambica that she was bringing Diya downstairs and says the oil might have spilled then. Ambica says she should have cleaned it right away if there was oil on the floor. Kesar apologises to Ambica. Suraj asks Ambica not to worry as Dr Shah is coming here and he is going to check Narayan right away.
Dr Shah checks Narayan and says that Narayan has gone into shock and he might recall something bad. Narayan dreams of slapping Dheran. Dr Shah says it’s a good thing that Narayan is reacting after a long time and the bad news is that Narayan’s BP shot up really high and anything might happen to him. Dr Shah asks Rajgaur’s family to take good care of Narayan. Leela worries about her husband.
Kabir sees the oil on the floor and understands that Kesar is lying. Kesar prays to God and wishes for Narayan’s well being. Kabir questions Kesar why is she taking the blame for something she hasn’t done. Kabir says to Kesar that he saw oil on the floor and says there is so much oil on the floor that it is more than enough for 20 Diyas. Kabir asks Kesar why isn’t she telling the truth about Suraj to Ambica. Kabir decides to tell the truth to Ambica and leaves from there. Kesar stops Kabir and says to Kabir that it is quiet easy for her to reveal the truth to Ambica about Suraj but Ambica will not be able to stand the truth that Suraj has tried to hurt his grandfather. Kesar says she is trying to change Suraj and get him back together with Ambica. Kesar asks Kabir for his help. Suraj comes and satirically praises Kesar. Kabir leaves from there. Suraj taunts Kesar saying Kabir might have not liked his oil prank. Kesar thanks Suraj for proving her right as he didn’t allow anything to happen to Narayan in his blind hate towards her. Kesar leaves from there. Suraj lashes out in the room.
Ansh is shown to be with Aarthi in a cafe talking to her. Ansh flirts with Aarthi. Aarthi worries about their future as Jinal doesn’t like her for Ansh.
Jinal selects a match for Ansh from the matches shown by Seema the marriage broker.
Aarthi gets upset with Ansh as Ansh comments on Kabir’s love. Jinal and Kajal walk in the market. Kajal spots Ansh with Aarthi and shows it to Jinal.
Ansh kisses Aarthi to cheer her up and assures Aarthi that he will never speak badly about Kabir’s love again. Kajal says to Jinal that she didn’t expect this from her as she is seeing matches for Ansh while Ansh is already seeing someone. Kajal leaves from there.
Kesar comes to take care of Narayan. Leela stops Kesar saying she will not take care of Narayan from today onwards as she is already busy with her business and housework. Leela says Suraj will take care of Narayan from today onwards. Kesar agrees.
Ambica comes to Kesar and takes her away. Ambica understands that Kesar is upset as Leela is angry with her. Ambica says to Kesar that everyone makes mistakes once in a while and asks Kesar not to worry about it. Kesar agrees.
