The episode starts with the doctor saying to Pushpa’s family that they took the bullet out but they can’t guarantee anything and says the next 24 hrs are critical for Pushpa. The doctor leaves from there. Pushpa’s family feels devastated hearing this.
Radha comes and talks to Bappa. Radha gives an ultimatum to God that if he takes Pushpa away then she will never do Pooja for him again. Radha says to Bappa that until Pushpa regains consciousness she is going to go on a hunger strike. Radha says to Bappa that it is now time for him to prove his existence.
The hospital staff understand that Pushpa’s condition is getting serious and they go to call the doctor. The hospital staff says to Pushpa’s family that Pushpa’s condition is quite critical right now. Rashi blames herself for Pushpa’s condition.
Mahindra asks Radha to rethink her decision as her health might deteriorate if she does this. Radha says she can’t stand losing Pushpa. Radha says she will not move an inch until Pushpa regains consciousness.
Chirag recalls a moment with Pushpa and recalls Pushpa’s advice to him. Chirag says to his family that Pushpa represents hope as she never loses hope no matter what she does no matter what trouble comes in her way. Everyone starts speaking about Pushpa and how they feel about her.
Bapodara says to Everyone Pushpa always makes his life entertaining. Susheela says Pushpa is her BFF. Ashwin says to everyone that she is his guide. Deepti says Pushpa is the main reason for her marrying Ashwin as she feels that Pushpa is capable of handling any kind of problem. Chirag says to everyone that Pushpa will get well soon. Deepti helps Ashwin as he breaks down on the spot.
Bapodara asks Susheela to go home and take a rest as everyone else is here to take care of Pushpa. Susheela says to Bapodara that she can’t leave her friend when she is like this. Susheela hopes that Pushpa will get well soon. Bapodara assures Susheela that Pushpa will get well soon and asks her not to worry.
Dilip comes to Juggal and says to Juggal that he only took something from Pushpa and in return he only gave her suffering but now he thought of doing something good for Pushpa and Pushpa is in this situation due to him. Juggal praises Pushpa and says Pushpa will definitely get well soon.
The next day, Ashwin asks the doctor to save Pushpa. The doctor says they will try their best. The doctor treats Pushpa. Pushpa’s monitor shows a flat line.
