The episode starts with Pushpa’s monitor showing a flat line. Pushpa dreams of Rashi, Ashwin, and Chirag stopping her from leaving
The doctor gives shock treatment but Pushpa doesn’t respond. The doctor asks the nurse to take off the oxygen mask.
The doctor comes to Pushpa’s family and apologises to them for not being able to save Pushpa. All of Pushpa’s family come to Pushpa and beg Pushpa.
Pushpa dreams of her father. Pushpa’s father comes to Pushpa and asks Pushpa what is she doing here. Pushpa’s father says this is not her place. Pushpa says she is tired of fighting and she wants to rest by sleeping on his lap. Pushpa’s father says to Pushpa that she is alive. Pushpa’s father reminds Pushpa of her responsibilities and says her family needs her. Pushpa says she also needed her parents but they left her. Pushpa’s father says to Pushpa that their time is over so they left.
Radha is shown to be doing Nirjal ka Vrath for Pushpa’s safety. Radha asks Mahindra about Pushpa’s condition. Mahindra says he doesn’t know and says he will right away and find out about it. Mahindra calls Bapodara and asks Bapodara about Pushpa’s condition. Bapodara says to Mahindra that there is no more Pushpa. Mahindra breaks down hearing this. Bhaskar asks Mahindra what happened. Mahindra says Pushpa left her last breath. Radha asks Mahindra not to worry and shows that the Diya is still burning and until it is burning means that nothing happened to Pushpa.
Ashwin decides to kill Guru Bashin. Ashwin comes to Guru Bashin’s room and tries to choke him but Manish and the cops leave him.
Pushpa says to Pushpa’s father that they will get better with time. Pushpa’s father reveals to Pushpa that Radha is doing Nirjal Ka Vrath and asks Pushpa what about her Vrath.
The doctor checks Radha and asks Bhaskar and others to give her something. The doctor says Radha is in this position due to dehydration. Bhaskar says Radha is not drinking anything. The doctor says they need to admit Radha in the hospital if she doesn’t take anything.
Pushpa’s father asks Pushpa to go and save Radha. Pushpa agrees and leaves from there.
Pushpa regains consciousness. The nurse seeing this goes to call the doctor. The doctor says it’s really a miracle as Pushpa regained her pulse after 7 min.
Chirag comes and gives the good news to Ashwin that Pushpa has regained consciousness. Ashwin leaves from there. Bapodara calls Mahindra and gives him the good news that Pushpa has regained consciousness.
Mahindra says to Radha that Pushpa has regained her breath. Bhaskar asks Radha to drink water as she needs strength. Radha agrees. Radha thanks God for saving Pushpa.
Ashwin comes to Pushpa. The doctor asks Ashwin to allow them to do their job. Ashwin asks the doctor about Pushpa’s condition. The doctor says Pushpa’s condition is stable and allow them to do their job.
Pushpa opens her eyes and calls for Radha. Bopodara asks Pushpa not to worry and says Radha is fine.

Precap:- Juggal says to Pushpa that he didn’t know if he will be able to live if she didn’t open her eyes on that day. Pushpa says to Juggal that he can also say this by looking at her. Pushpa asks Juggal if he is shy. Juggal says he doesn’t want to say anything that will stain their friendship. Pushpa asks Juggal if he loves her.
