Episode begins with Rakhi sees Karan’s room but she don’t see his face. She asks God to save Karan and leaves from there. She struggles to walk because of knee pain. Wardboy helps her to sit on the wheelchair. He tells her that she should go to her room. She asks him to take her to hospital temple. He takes her from there.
Meanwhile, Kavya tells Rajveer that she know he also want her to go home and take rest. She asks him that how can she take rest when Karan is in this condition. Rajveer tells her that she is behaving like his mother. He says that Kavya is unnecessarily blaming herself for Karan’s condition. And says that he don’t want Kavya to become like Preeta. He adds that his mother world’s best mother but wrong happened with her. She asks him that who is his mother. He notices Nurse and asks her that whether the latter got blood. Nurse informs him that blood is not available in the hospital. Kavya tells Nurse that she want to donate blood for Karan. Nurse takes Kavya inside. Rajveer wonders where is Preeta.
Palki calls Daljeet and tells her about Karan’s condition. Daljeet asks Palki that will Karan become fine. Palki tells Daljeet that Karan lost so much blood and he is in critical condition still. Daljeet tells Palki that God won’t let anything happen to Karan. She informs Palki that she will reach the hospital.
Nidhi asks what if anything happens to Karan. Rishabh scolds Nidhi for talking negatively. Mahesh says that he is ready to do anything to save Karan. Rishabh tells Mahesh that he will handle everything so the latter need not to worry. And he hugs Mahesh. Shanaya brings water and she gives it to Dadi. And she consoles Dadi.
Nidhi drags Shanaya from there. She warns Shanaya to not cross the limits. She says that Shanaya is not daughter in law of Luthras. Shanaya asks Nidhi that what is the latter’s problem. Nidhi tells Shanaya that she gets bad vibes from the latter. Shanaya says that she gives good vibes only. She adds that bad vines are inside Nidhi. Nidhi tells Shanaya that they don’t need the latter. Shanaya calls Shaurya and informs him about Karan’s condition and disconnects the call. She tells Nidhi that after few minutes the latter will understand how much Shaurya needs her and leaves from there.
Kavya learns that her blood group did not match with Karan. She recalls the moments she shared with Karan and cries. Rishabh consoles her. He tells her to go and meet Rakhi. He asks her to not tell about Karan to Rakhi. She nods at him and leaves from there.
Outside the hospital, Mahesh asks God to save Karan. Rishabh tells Mahesh that there is a temple inside the hospital too. Mahesh tells Rishabh that he know that. He says that he can’t break down in front of their family members. Nidhi tells Kareena that Karan got shot while saving Preeta. Kavya tells Kareena that they need blood for Karan but blood is not available anywhere.
