The episode starts with Amruta revealing a bit of her past with Virat. Amruta says to Virat how her nearly about to be wedding broke in the first place. Amruta says to Virat that she got engaged to a person. He got a big job in America and he wanted her also to shift with him. At that time Jayesh suffered a lot of loss in business and there is a lot of debt over her family. Amruta says she has decided to stay here and do 2 jobs and get her family out of debt. The guy didn’t like it and as he wanted to leave her family for him just because he put a ring on her finger. Amruta says that’s why she broke off that wedding. Amruta says to Virat that his life is quite easy. Virat asks Amruta if she thinks ladies problems are bigger than men’s problems. Amruta says yes. Virat cheers up Amruta giving her an example of his situation. Virat says to Amruta that they are kind of women who make men cry and other kind of women who make men smile.
Virat reveals the reason to Amruta on why he left Delhi. Virat says to Amruta that after his divorce everyone’s gossip is only him. Nimrit wasn’t getting any matches and in every function he is the talk of the town. Virat says that’s why he left Delhi. Amruta and Virat have a heart to heart talk. Amruta asks Virat not to worry and says his secret is safe with her. Ishika is shown to be eavesdropping on their conversation. Ishika decides to use this secret to her advantage when the time comes.
Dyaneswari and Jahan decide to cheat a little to bring Amruta and Gautham together. Jahan writes Amruta and Gautham’s name on different chits and make symbols on them so that she could identify them.
Babita goes on a hunger strike as Virat refused to marry Sanjana. Virat asks Babita to eat some food. Babita asks Virat why should she listen to him when he is not listening to her. Virat says to Babita that if she doesn’t eat the food then nobody in the family will eat good. Rajiv, Nimrit and Bebe also say that they will not eat any food. Babita says to everyone that they can’t emotionally black mail her like this. Virat reminds Babita that she is the is who is trying to emotionally blackmail him. Virat pleads Babita to eat the food.
Chiknesh and Jahan get ready to go to Makar Sankranti. They all wear black dress. Bhavani feels shy coming infront of others wearing a Punjabi dress. Dyaneswari orders Bhavani to come so she comes infront if everyone. Amruta does the warding off evil eye ritual to Bhavani.
Bhavani later asks Amruta if she talked with the Ahuja’s. Amruta says she couldn’t talk about it as they are busy with their own family problems. Bhavani feels bad for the Ahuja’s and leaves from there.
Babita eats the food. Everyone feels relieved seeing it. Rajiv gets a call from Tara and he goes to take it. Deepika says after eating breakfast they can celebrate Makar Sankranthi. Babita gives an order to her family saying no one of this house will go to Makar Sankranthi. Babita says she doesn’t want any other drama.
