Episode begins with Rajveer talks to unconscious Preeta. He tells her that he has her only. He says that Preeta’s heart beat for others too but they don’t deserve her. Preeta regains her consciousness. She recalls that how Rajveer refused to give blood to Karan and how she slaped him. Mohit comes there and tells Preeta that Karan got blood. Rajveer tries to talk to Preeta. Preeta ignores Rajveer. She asks Mohit to take her home.
On the other hand, Daljeet scolds Palki for going to hospital at midnight. She says that Palki should have informed her at least. Palki tells Daljeet that she knew the latter would not have allowed her to go to hospital that’s why. Shanaya asks Daljeet to calm down. She says that Palki just went to hospital. Daljeet asks Shanaya that what she will do if the latter’s marriage gets stopped because of Palki then.
Palki tells Daljeet that Rajveer won’t let anything happen to her. She reminds Daljeet that how Rajveer saved her many times. She says that Daljeet don’t like Rajveer because he is not rich man. She adds that she is supporting Rajveer because he supported her always and leaves from there. Shanaya tells Daljeet that it’s fine. Daljeet tells Shanaya to focus on Shaurya.
Preeta asks Mohit to tell Rajveer to not show sad face. She tauntingly says that she understood how much Rajveer loves and respects her. Rajveer tells her that he really respects and loves her. He says that Preeta is his world. She ignores him and talks to Gurpreet. Rajveer says that he won’t eat and goes inside.
In the Luthra house, Karan recalls that how he saved Preeta. He wonders why Preeta did not come to meet him in the hospital. He says that Preeta’s behaviour towards him is different. Kareena and Varun comes there. Karan tells Varun that he is fine. Varun tells Karan to focus on health. He asks Karan to not go to office and take rest. Kareena takes Varun from there. Nidhi comes there with soup. She tells Karan to drink soup and take medicine. She takes care of Karan. Karan tells Nidhi that his pain reduced.
Rajveer tries to talk to Preeta. Preeta says that she don’t want to talk to anyone and goes inside. Gurpreet tells Rajveer that Preeta will calm down. She gives tiffin to Rajveer. Rajveer leaves from there. Mohit asks when everything will be fine. Gurpreet tells him that mother and son bond is like this. Preeta notices that Rajveer is not eating.
One week later, Nidhi tells Karan that he can’t go to office. Rajveer comes there and reminds Karan about auction. Kavya tells Karan that he need rest. Karan agrees to not go office. He takes Rajveer inside and talks about deal. Varun tells Kavya that his friends going to farm with their wife to celebrate valentines day so he want her to accompany him. He goes aside to talk on a phone call. Kavya tells everything to her family. Rajveer says that Kavya should not go. Karan says that no night out. Kavya nods at him. Varun returns and asks Kavya about her decision. Shaurya scolds Rajveer for interfering in Kavya’s matter. Rajveer says that he is Kavya’s brother.
