The episode starts with Adit apologising to Mangal for his rude behavior. Mangal feels happy. She comes out of her imagination when Adit asks for his coffee. Kusum sends Mangal to get coffee for Adit. Mangal goes inside. Kusum asks Adit to not spoil Mangal’s mood in the morning. She leaves to meet her sister in auto. Mangal gives coffee to Adit. Mangal feels disappointed by Adit.
Kusum comes to Gayatri’s house in auto. Sanjana tries to insult Kusum. Kusum rebukes her. Gayatri fires a servant for changing Karthik’s coffee mug without consulting her. Kusum comes there hearing a mug breaking sound. She asks the servant to clean the mess.
Lakshmi video calls Mangal. She asks Mangal to listen to her poetry. Mangal says she will call her once she returns home. She asks Lakshmi to tell her poetry to her husband after the marriage. Lakshmi asks what if her in laws don’t like her writing poetry. Mangal assures her that she will get a mother in law like her. Lakshmi says all are not that lucky, don’t know how my Saas is.
Kusum asks Gayatri to calm down. She tells Gayatri that Karthik still marry a girl according to her choice. Gayatri says she can’t live if Karthik stays away from her. Kusum asks Gayatri to not think about the past.
Karthik tries to sing Lakshmi’s lyrics but he fails to compose it with a good rhythm. Jia feels jealous seeing his connection with paper and comments on it. Karthik assures her that she is his everything.
Mangal teaches Ashwat. She hears the calling bell sound. She opens the door and is surprised to see Adit with his friends. His friends smile seeing Mangal’s attire. Adit asks Ashwat to study inside. They start their meeting. Kusum returns home and meets Adit and his coworkers. She assures to prepare a sweet for them. She goes inside and sees Mangal preparing halwa for Adit’s friends. She asks Mangal to prepare the sweet she said to Adit’s friends. Mangal says milk is ended so she prepared Halwa due to shortage if ingredients. Kusum asks Mangal to prepare the dish somehow to cool down Adit. Later Mangal serves halwa to Adit’s friends. Adit is disappointed. He receives pastries he ordered for his friends. Kusum tells Adit that milk is not available so Mangal prepared Halwa. Adit comments on Mangal.
Mangal comes there with another sweet which Kusum asked her to prepare. Adit’s coworkers taste it and praise Mangal. Adit calls them to eat pastries but they refuse to eat pastries. They call Adit lucky to get a wife like Mangal. Ladies in the gang take Mangal’s number. Kusum feels happy and praises Mangal. Adit comments on Mangal which hurts her.
