The episode starts with Ishika stopping Bhavani and Amruta when they are going to the hospital. Ishika says to Amruta that she made a mistake choosing Bhavani and now Dnyaneswari is also suffering due to it. Ishika says to Bhavani and Amruta that Dnyaneswari will accept her as Jayesh has accepted her and reminds that any mother will take a side of his own son just like Bhavani sided with her son and Daughter. Amruta agrees and says to Bhavani that it is now their turn to choose and says to Bhavani that they will always choose Bhavani over Jayesh.
Ishika greets Dnyaneswari and says to Dnyaneswari that the doctor told him everything is fine with her and she will also soon be discharged from the hospital. Dnyaneswari says to Harsh that he is looking good in this doctor’s coat. Harsh says he is still not a doctor but he will soon be a great doctor in the future. Jayesh comes to Dnyaneswari. Harsh gets surprised seeing Dnyaneswari talking with Jayesh pretty calm. Amruta and Bhavani come to Dnyaneswari. Dnyaneswari says to Amruta, Harsh and Bhavani to leave the room and says she would like to talk to Jayesh privately. Harsh, Amruta and Bhavani leave the room.
Bhavani says to Amruta that Ishika’s words might be true as Dnyaneswari might have accepted Jayesh. Amruta thinks how could Dnyaneswari accept Jayesh after what happened.
Jayesh says to Dnyaneswari and that he should have told the truth to her but he was scared that she will refuse his decision. Bhavani also told him that Dnyaneswari will be hurt if she learns about this truth that’s why he stayed silent. Jayesh says Bhavani is the reason for her being here. Jayesh later says to Dnyaneswari that what everyone said about him and Ishika is the truth and he really loves her and he never felt like that with Bhavani.
Jayesh says if Ishika was in Bhavani’s position she would have never allowed Amruta’s engagement to be broken. Jayesh says Ishika’s relation is really good with the Ahuja’s and she would have handled them well. Dnyaneswari asks Jayesh why didn’t Ishika do it then. Jayesh makes up a reason for it.
Babita selects a dress for Virat. Virat is shown to be not interested in the dress selection. Nimrit selects a dress for Virat. Virat asks Raveena to give him the bank details and he will transfer the money. Raveena says Amruta knows her bank details. Virat lashes out at Raveena for taking Amruta’s name and says he will handle the transaction and asks Raveena to give him the details. Raveena agrees.
Bhavani worries about Dnyaneswari accepting Jayesh and beaking up with her. Bhavani is about to leave the hospital. Amruta stops Bhavani and says to Bhavani that she needs to talk with Dnyaneswari and tell her what she feels and asks Bhavani to stop thinking what others think about her. Bhavani agrees.
Virat recalls what happened and blames Amruta for her betrayal. Virat drinks alcohol. Shekhar comes to Virat and says to Virat that this situation is nothing but a misunderstanding between him and Amruta and if they meet for once like matured adults then all of this will be sorted out. Virat comments on Shekhar and leaves from there.
Jayesh asks Dnyaneswari to allow him to get his true love. Bhavani asks Dnyaneswari to listen to her before she takes any kind of decision. Jayesh reminds Bhavani that she is not allowed here. Bhavani comments on it.
