The episode starts with Naina comforting Bela. Sai sees Bela looking at Arya’s bangles. Sai gets upset and leaves from there.
Satte says to Swapna that Arya’s condition is stabilised for now and says something is going on in Arya’s mind. Arya says to Chaya that they should go to Bappa. Chaya says to Arya that it is not time for her to go to Bappa and says she needs to fight against Satya.
Naina says to Sai that Bela needs her. Sai asks Naina not to talk about Bela and says she hates Bela. Sai also says she hates Naina also and blames Jaanrao for taking Ankush’s life. Naina says to Sai that Jaanrao would never do that. Sai says Satya told her. Naina gets mad at Sai. Kasturi asks Naina why is she scolding Sai and comments on her. Kasturi says to Naina that she will not allow anyone to scold Sai as she is Sai’s mother.
Kasturi asks Satya if they found Arya and Jaanrao. Satya says they haven’t found anything. Kasturi says to Satya that they have to catch Arya as if she doesn’t die then their game is over. Kasturi reminds Satya that he saw she will kill others for him and says she will also die for him. Avdabai overhears their conversation and understands that Kasturi is the one who killed Arya. Satya goes to take a call. Naina misses Jaanrao.
Satya comes to Naina and says to Naina that she needs to take care of Bela, Sai, and others.
Jaanrao spots Satya beside Naina and thinks Satya doesn’t care about anyone. Jaanrao thinks he needs to get Arya to safety before Satya finds her as he overhears Satya searching for them.
Chaya encourages Arya that she needs to fight against Satya and get justice for them. Arya agrees. The nurse sees that Arya has regained consciousness and says to Dr Satte about it. Dr Satte asks Arya how is she. Arya says she is fine and asks the doctor about Jaanrao. The doctor says he will be here in a minute.
Satya’s henchmen are shown to be searching for Jaanrao and Arya.
Avdabai comes to Kasturi and asks Kasturi if she killed Arya. Kasturi sees that Sai is watching them so she puts up an act and says she didn’t kill Arya. Avdabai scolds Kasturi. Sai comes and defends Kasturi. Sai says to Avdabai that Kasturi is her mother and says no one cares for her besides Kasturi. Avdabai says they are there for her. Sai says she will not hear something bad against her mother. Avdabai gets upset and leaves from there.
Jaanrao talks with De Satte and asks him to make sure Satya’s men don’t find Arya. Dr Satte agrees. Dr Satte goes outside to check the situation. Swapna also leaves after a while. Satya’s men and Satya come to the hospital as it is the last location they haven’t checked.
Jaanrao gets down from the auto and gets into an accident t and loses consciousness right outside the hospital. Arya comes out of her room looking for Jaanrao.
Kasturi warns Avdabai to stay at a corner if she wants Bela and Sai to be safe.
