Episode starts with, Yukti entering the washroom where Koyel does her touch up. Yukti keeps Koyel distracted and busy in a talk while Rose comes in and draws some data from Koyel’s phone and gives a sign to Yukti that her work is done. Yukti gives Koyel a hint that the Mahajan’s would really progress if the merger takes place with the Multani’s. Koyel understands that it’s difficult to change her mind so they must think of something else.
Gargi looks pissed off regarding Yukti’s offer. She says that they aren’t left with enough choice since if they refuse Yukti’s choice they would incur a huge loss. Gargi says the amount of funds he requires is all there in their overseas account. When Dj asks about the passcode of that account, Gargi says it was with Bhanu and he is dead. Koyel comes in and they change their topic. It seems Yukti bugged her phone so they would be able to listen to all that they say whenever they want.
Dj brings Gargi to the place where he has kept Bhanu alive. She sees him lying on the bed unconscious with an oxygen mask on his face and other medical equipment connected to him. Dj tells Gargi that he got Bhanu attacked at the ashram and then made the fake plan of the crash. He even got a plane crashed to make people believe that Bhanu’s nonmore. Bhanu fought with the men who were trying to abduct him. Dj got the news of Bhanu fleeing.
Dj again put his men after Bhanu. His men get hold of Bhanu and hit him with a heavy rod and make him unconscious. Now he is there in front of her eyes lying in a coma till now. Yuvika talks to Bhanu’s photo and says if he gives her a sign that he’s alive, she would surely find him out. Dj tells Gargi that the deal with the Multani’s is also another key to the Shanti Prasad Mishra trust in the overseas account. For that he has to become a no brand country in India to access that account or else he won’t be able to access that account. He says after the merger, he would wake up Bhanu and bring out the codes, take out the money from that account and then kill Bhanu finally.
Dj asks the doctor to keep an eye on Bhanu and asks for his medical progress report. Yukti watches Neel sitting at their portico and recalls their past memories. As he gets up and leaves after getting a call, Yuvika tries to take a sip from Neel’s cup of tea but Neel comes and takes the cup from her. He throws the cup in the dustbin and leaves. Gargi says she is immensely proud of Dj. He says he has to become number one for which the fifty fifty partnership is very necessary.
Dj and Gargi reach Srishti’s house to arrange for more funds. While Gargi asks her to check their file, she cracks a joke with them. Srishti says she would arrange funds for him but asks what he would give her for this favour. She asks him to throw out Ruhi from his house. Dj agrees with this. Episode ends.
