The episode starts with Shiv saying to Shakti that whatever happened last night shouldn’t have happened. Shakti asks Shiv what is he talking about. Shiv shows the kisses on his body to Shakti. Shakti understands that Shiv is just playing the prank on her and she also teases Shiv. Shiv asks Shakti how did she know that he was playing a prank on her. Shakti says to Shiv that she never uses that shade of lipstick. Shiv asks Shakti to smile just like that and says she doesn’t look good with a sad face. Shakti vows to Shiv that she will not have tears in her eyes as he will feel sad seeing her.
Shakti later prays to God for Shiv’s well being and asks God to give her strength to fight against Mandira. Mandira tries to put out the Diya but Shakti stops her and asks Mandira to not even think about it. Mandira reminds Shakti what happened yesterday. Shakti says to Mandira that she remembers everything. Shakti says to Mandira she might think her love is her weakness but it is her strength. Shakti says to Mandira that she is going to expose her on Maha Shivaratri. Shakti says to Mandira that this is her challenge to Mandira. Shakti leaves from there.
Mandira’s saree catches fire due to Diya. Mandira notices it and shouts for help. Shakti pours water on Mandira and sets out the fire.
Mandira later accuses Shakti of trying to burn her alive as she put her saree pallu near the Diya. Shiv doesn’t believe Mandira and asks Mandira why will Shakti hurt her and reminds her, she saved her yesterday. Mandira says Shakti saved her as Shakti wanted to kill her herself. Mandira asks Shiv why would Shakti think she would lie about it.
Shiv doesn’t believe Mandira’s words. Raghunath asks Shiv how can he be so sure that Shakti will not hurt Mandira. Shiv says to Raghunath that even if the God comes and tells him that Shakti is wrong he will not believe the God.
Raghuanth reminds Shiv that he is just a custodian of this family. Shiv says yes he is custodian and once his name is off then there is nothing. Raghunath asks Shiv what did Shakti do that he is defending Shakti this much.
Shiv says to Kashyap family that he used to wet his pillows with tears and Shakti brought light into his room. Shiv says he is able to be a good father for Karthik only because of Shakti. Shiv says Shakti is the one who stopped Gayatri’s abuse in this house. Shiv says he is going to be one of India’s best doctor again only due to Shakti.
Raghunath still tries to argue about Shakti. Bhagwati stops Raghunath and says to Raghunath to look at his son as he is looking happy after a long time and praises Shakti.
