Episode begins with Rajveer reaches Anshuman office. Anshuman introduces a businessman Mr Ajmera to Rajveer. He says that they can make sure Karan lose another bid. He asks Rajveer to tell the bid amount which Luthra industries decided for bridge construction. Mr. Ajmera asks Rajveer that what enmity the latter has with Karan. Rajveer refuses to answer and tells the amount which Luthra industries decided for bid. He leaves from there. He tells himself that destruction path started for Karan.
In the Luthra house, Rakhi tells Preeta to leave from there. Karan tells Rakhi that Preeta came there as physiotherapist for Dadi. He says that Preeta won’t go anywhere. Preeta asks Rakhi that whether the latter is angry at her. Karan takes Preeta aside and tells her that his family did not expected that she will come today that’s why they are in shock. Parvati comes there. Preeta gets excited to see Shiv and Parvati’s marriage. She says that she can understand that patient won’t like doctor. She asks Karan to handle his family and she will see Shiv and Parvati’s marriage. Karan nods at her.
Rajveer enters the house and asks Mohit that what happened. He searches Preeta in the house. Gurpreet tells Rajveer that Preeta went to Luthra house as physiotherapist. Rajveer gets shocked hearing this. He thinks that he can’t let Preeta stay there.
Meanwhile, Karan tells his family that Preeta lost her memory. He says that he brought Preeta as physiotherapist to treat Dadi. Doctor tells them that they can’t force Preeta to remember the past. He asks them to treat Preeta well. Nidhi leaves the room. She thinks that it’s a bad news for her. Karan tells his family that he is going to Preeta and leaves from there. Kavya tells her family that they should not tell about Preeta to Shaurya now. Dadi agrees with Kavya.
Karan notices Preeta crying and asks her that what happened. Preeta tells him that she is seeing marriage after many years. She says that she used to get panic seeing marriage. Karan gets shocked hearing this. She tells him that she is so happy today because she is fine after seeing marriage. He tells her that she is getting positive vibes there. She tells thanks to him for hiring her as physiotherapist for his Dadi. She says that she is feeling like she is in her house. Nidhi overhears their conversation.
Shiv and Parvati gets married. Karan takes pheres with Preeta. He tries to put vermilion on Preeta’s forehead and everything turns out to be his dream. Preeta asks him that what happened. He shook his head. Nidhi sees all this and thinks that on Maha Shivratri day Preeta and Karan became so close and wonders whether God is indicating something.
Karan thinks that today he married Preeta in his dream and soon he will marry her in reality. He takes Preeta to Dadi. Preeta examines Dadi’s leg. She says that she feel like she treated Dadi earlier.
