The episode starts with Mangal waiting for Adit and Lakshmi. That time she sees an auto stopping at her place. Mangal thinks Lakshmi and her family came. Shanti and her family enter the house. Mangal questions why they didn’t bring Lakshmi with them. Shanti says they didn’t bring Lakshmi as Gayatri and Karthik will be here for puja and it’s not good if they see Lakshmi here. Kusum comes there and asks Shanti how can they decide what they feel. She asks Mangal to call Lakshmi. Mangal feels happy.
Lakshmi cries at home. Mangal calls Lakshmi and asks her to come to her home immediately. Lakshmi tries to refuse but Mangal rebukes her and asks Shanti to tell Lakshmi to come. Shanti asks Lakshmi to come. Lakshmi feels happy.
Lakshmi tries to stop the auto but no one stops. Gayatri sees Adit is restless in the car. Gayatri thinks Jia and Karthik are having arguments after the viral video and hopes Kusum’s assumption comes true then she can find a suitable girl for Adit. Karthik sees Lakshmi. He stops the car and gives a lift to Lakshmi. Lakshmi refuses. Gayatri asks Lakshmi to come with them. Lakshmi sits in the car. Krishna receives Jia’s call. He asks her to meet him to resolve their differences. Gayatri notices it and intentionally takes Lakshmi’s name. Jia loses her cool and cuts the call. Lakshmi tries to talk to Gayatri. Gayatri decides to show Lakshmi her place.
Shanti tells Kusum that they are planning to gift a sofa set to them from their side. Kusum and her husband deny but they agree with Shanti’s insistence. Gayatri, Karthik, and Lakshmi come to Mangal’s house. Kusum asks how they come along with Lakshmi. Karthik says how they give a lift to Lakshmi seeing her on the way. Mangal takes Gayatri’s blessings. Everyone asks for Adit. Kusum asks Mangal to call Adit to know where is he. Mangal calls Adit. Adit spends his time with Saumya and ignores Mangal’s calls.
Mangal takes Lakshmi to the kitchen. Lakshmi takes Mangal’s photos. Lipika tries to mock Lakshmi but Mangal rebukes her. Later, Lakshmi gives coffee to Kusum and Gayatri. Gayatri refuses to drink coffee and treats Lakshmi badly. Lakshmi asks Gayatri if she is angry over the viral video. She tries to explain Gayatri. Karthik comes there and tells Lakshmi that his mom knows that it was not her mistake. He asks Gayatri to tell Lakshmi. Gayatri agrees. Mangal thinks Lakshmi did right by confronting Gayatri.
On the way, Saumya tells Adit that she wants to be part of the puja which is going to be performed at his house. Adit says it’s not possible. Saumya emotionally blackmails him and finally, Adit agrees to take her to puja. Mangal waits for Adit. Everyone hears a calling bell sound. Mangal opens the door. Adit lashes out at Lakshmi for placing the rangoli in front of the door. Saumya comes there. Everyone sees her.

Precap – Saumya locks Mangal in a room and places the housewarming card in the puja in place of Mangal. Lakshmi confronts Saumya why she put the card in puja even after knowing it’s Mangal’s right.
