The episode starts with Piyush telling Bua and Sonal that he wants to show Rukhmini about Sumedh’s hidden talent. Rukhmini sees her mother’s photo frame in front of her . Sonal tells Rukhmini that it’s a gift from her side. Sonal did this because she can’t see Sumedh making the tea. Sonal tells Rukhmini to take a rest.
Rukhmini writes a letter to her mother. Rukhmini writes that she fails to catch the murderer who killed her and she is going to start a new life. Rukhmini asked her mother to forgive her. Bakula and Sonal inform Rukhmini to get ready for the phere. Bakula tells Sonal to make Rukhmini’s hairstyle because the wig is missing. Bakula finds the wig and hands over to Sonal to set the hairstyle.
Malhaar waits for Rukhmini at her residence. Malhaar finds an envelope but he gets a message from Sumedh and decides to stay with Sumedh.
Sumedh arrives for the saath phere. Kesarva tells Sumedh that he is looking good in the groom’s attire. Sumedh sits in the mandap.
Rukhmini is ready and Sona tells her to come for the phere. Suddenly Arvind arrives and meets Rukhmini. Arvind gives the jewellery to Rukhmini which belongs to her mother. Arvind tells Rukhmini that he wants her to learn some important lessons about her sasural.
Kesarva tells Jamkhuri that Rukhmini will get everything except respect because she wants her Bahu to stay in her limit. Arvind tells Rukhmini that her sasural is everything for her now and she will have to take part in every decision in the house. Kesarva tells Jamkhuri that Rukhmini will have to right to participate in house hold matter not in personal matters. Kesarva tells Jamkhuri that she has lots of daughter and Rukhmini can’t be her daughter.
Bhaven and Shivani tells Piyush that he ask Sumedh to make the tea for free. Bhaven demand for 25000 from Piyush. Bhaven tells Piyush that he can ask everyone in the barati about Sumedh’s charges to make tea. Piyush feels cheated and decides to stop the wedding.
Arvind brings Rukhmini to the mandap. Arvind meets Kesarva and asks her about the arrangements. Piyush tells Sonal that she knows that Sumedh runs a tea stall and why she cheated Rukhmini and their father. Bakul tells Piyush that she did this to save Rukhmini’s image. Piyush tells Bakula that he will inform papa and Rukhmini.
Precap-Piyush suggests Rukhmini if Sumedh asks her for any gift then she will ask for her studies to become IPS. Kesarva prays that she wants Sumedh’s baby within a year. Sumedh brings the books of Rukmini.
