The episode starts with Adit scolding Lakshmi for placing Rangoli in front of the house. He asks how guests enter the house. Soumya comes there. Mangal says sorry. Adit comments on her. Karthik tells Adit that they can enter the house from the side like they entered. Adit enters the house and helps Soumya. Soumya is about to place the left leg in the house. Adit stops Saumya and asks her to step in with her right foot. Everyone gets shocked. Saumya enters the house.
Kusum tells Adit that these rules are not for outsiders. Adit says Saumya is not an outsider and she is a manager who manages my meetings. Kusum asks if he invited his other colleagues. Adit covers up by saying he invited Saumya as she is the one who designed their invitation. Kusum asks where he changed his dress. Adit recalls how Soumya gifted it to him. He lies and escapes from the situation. Adit introduces his family members to Soumya except Mangal. Everyone gets surprised. Kusum rebukes Adit and introduces Mangal to her and praises Mangal’s qualities. Kusum asks Mangal to call Pandit.
Kusum asks Soumya if she is married. Soumya says she is not yet married. Kusum says she needs to get married like Adit married on time. Soumya feels insecure. Kusum and Gayatri praise Mangal. Soumya asks where the washroom is. Kusum asks Lipika to show the washroom to Soumya. She calls Soumya Aunty.
Adit comes to the kitchen and asks Mangal to prepare dinner for Soumya asking her choice as she is on a diet. Lakshmi sees Adit didn’t gift flowers to Mangal. Adit leaves from there. Lakshmi makes fun of Soumya. Mangal asks Lakshmi to tell everyone that Pandit is coming.
Soumya enters Adit’s bedroom. She smells Adit’s perfume. Mangal comes there and asks Soumya what is she doing in their room. Soumya says she came to use the washroom. Mangal says guest room is on another side. Soumya leaves. Mangal takes the silver coin. Soumya locks the door and leaves.
Pandit comes to Adit’s house and starts the puja. Mangal notices the room is locked and calls for help. Soumya increases speaker volume and no one hears Mangal’s voice. Pandit says Mangal needs to place an invitation in the puja before Rahu Kaal starts. He asks Kusum to call Mangal. Soumya smirks. Everyone searches for Mangal.
While everyone is busy searching for Mangal, Soumya tries to place a card in the mandir. Adit unlocks the door and scolds Mangal without hearing her side of the story. Kusum asks Mangal to place the card in the mandir. Soumya places the card in the mandir. Everyone witnesses it. Lakshmi asks Soumya why did you place the invitation in the mandir, it should be placed by Mangal.
