The episode starts with Chanchal questioning Naren if he went to Upleta so late at night for Nandini. Naren says he did go there for Nandini and has returned back home because of her only. He continues to explain what happened back at her home. Flashback shows Naren asking Nandini to elope with him and get married. The latter stopped him and said him that this cannot happen. Naren tells that this is only way out as he cannot make his father understand at all. Nandini tells him about Lord Ram keeping his promise to Dasharath and says if for his father’s sake, their love has to be sacrificed he should do it.
Nandini requests Naren to move ahead with his family. She tells him that their love cannot be so selfish to separate a son from his family. She says that if they get married it will be with blessing from both the families otherwise never. Naren tries to convince Nandini but she locks door and asks him to immediately return back to his home. Nandini has emotional breakdown. Chancal is impressed with Nandini’s thoughts.
Hemraj tells that Nandini is clever and has sent back Naren because she knows that if they marry by eloping, he will not get anything from heritage. Naren takes a stand for Nandini. Hemraj says to start preparing for Kirti and Naren’s marriage as a lot of chaos has already happened. Jigar and Dhaval plan to instigate Naren for his love feeling so that he goes against Hemraj. Nandini cries sitting alone at her home. Naren thinks of Hemraj’s decision about his marriage with Kirti. Hamari Adhuri Kahani plays as both Naren and Nandini think about each other.
Nandini tells Ishwar and Mani that they have not given her upbringing to elope and Mani consoles her to keep faith on God. Even Ishwar says her to find positivity in everything that’s happening. Mitesh and Vishakha come to visit them. Vishakha says she has made dal baati for them and takes Nandini to serve it . Dhaval tells Naren that he has never gone against Hemraj but way Nandini sent him back shows her good upbringing. Vijay comes to meet Naren to talk to him about Visa. Jigar and Dhaval overhear their conversation and realise that even Hemraj has heard them.
Naren tells Vijay that next time he will himself come to talk to them at office. The latter explains him process for emergency Visa and employment. Naren tells that he badly needs this job. Hemraj thinks if Naren leaves all his business and property will go to his brother which he cannot let happen at any cost. Jigar is about to go to talk to Hemraj but Dhaval stops him and says he is aware why Hemraj has gone to his room. In room, Hemraj takes Naren’s passport out from locker and hides it under the bed. The episode ends with Vishakha questioning Nandini if she has spoken to Naren. She calls Naren and asks Nandini to speak to him.
