The episode starts with Angad saying to the doctor that if he lays his hands on his Pag then he will kill him.
Sahiba pulls the rope and Seerat’s chair falls on the ground. Seerat gets her head injured.
It is shown Sahiba wraps the rope around Seerat’s chair leg when she is begging Seerat to not do anything to Angad.
Sahiba throws a bottle towards the doctor when he tries to inject Angad with anesthesia. The injection falls on the ground. Sahiba takes the injection and injects the doctor with it.
Sahiba throws the rope towards Angad. Angad takes the rope and pulls himself towards Sahiba. Angad helps Sahiba untie the rope. Sahiba later unties Angad, puts him in a wheelchair and takes him away.
Angad gets into the truck. Angad teaches Sahiba how to drive the truck as she doesn’t know how to drive the truck. Sahiba drives the truck.
Seerat shoots the truck from the back. Sahiba runs the truck into a tree. Seerat makes Angad get down. Sahiba tries to stop Seerat.
Seerat points the gun to Sahiba. A four wheel cart hits Seerat and she falls on the ground. Sahiba sees that it is Gurleen. Manveer and Jasleen come to Angad and Sahiba.
Manveer feels relieved seeing Angad and gets sad seeing Angad’s legs are injured. Angad says he is fine. Manveer says she nearly lost hope of finding him but Gurleen saw his smoke signal and identified that it is him.
The other Brars also come to Sahiba and Angad’s location. Angad says Seerat has gone mad and only cops can cure Seerat.
The inspector says to Seerat that her game has come to an end. He asks the Lady constable to arrest Seerat. Constable tries to arrest Seerat but Seerat pushes her away and takes the gun. Everyone gets shocked. The inspector asks Seerat to surrender. Seerat fires the gun in the air and warns them to stay away from her. Seerat says to Sahiba that she will snatch her life as she snatched Angad from her. She shoots Sahiba’s hand and escapes from there in a police jeep. Angad feels worried for Sahiba. Police shoot at the Jeep. Seerat loses control of the Jeep and falls in the valley. Police see that Seerat’s jeep had exploded.
Family members admit Sahiba and Angad to the hospital. The doctor sees Sahiba and suggests a few more tests. Inder says Sahiba saved Angad from Seerat if not they may never find Angad. The doctor comes out and says she suggested a few more tests. Inder asks if Sahiba is fine. The doctor tries to tell something but she gets interrupted by a call and she goes to attend another emergency case.
Garry hopes that Sahiba will be fine. Sahiba dreams of a boy calling her mother and asking him where is father. Sahiba takes Angad’s name in her sleep.
The doctor asks Sahiba if she can hear her voice. Sahiba wakes up and asks the doctor where is Angad. The doctor says Angad is undergoing operation. Sahiba tries to leave the room. The doctor asks Sahiba to be careful as she is pregnant. Sahiba feels like she is on cloud 9 hearing the news. Sahiba decides to share the news with Angad and leaves from there after learning that Angad has been shifted to ICU.
Sahiba comes to the Brar family goes into Angad’s room. Angad asks Sahiba if she is fine. Sahiba says she is never better. Angad says to Sahiba that he would like to tell her something. Angad says to Sahiba that he loves her and she means everything to him and he can’t live without her.
