The episode starts with Lakshmi asking Mangal to win the challenge by applying color to Adit. Mangal agrees. She walks towards Adit with color. Akshat and his sister encourage Mangal by cheering as Holi ki rani. Mangal tries to apply the color to Adit from behind. Adit turns and shouts at Mangal. Mangal applies color to herself. Lakshmi and kids get shocked. Soumya comes there and smiles. She tells Mangal that it’s the first time she saw someone applying color to themselves. Lakshmi asks Kids to not feel bad. Kids take Lakshmi to play Holi with them.
Karthik asks Jia to talk to his mother. He winks at her and goes aside. Jia talks to Gayatri but Gayatri rebukes her. Adit asks Soumya if she came here to surprise. Soumya confuses Mangal and then reveals that she is a cousin of Sanjana. Sanjana welcomes Soumya.
Kusum tells Gayatri that she did good by shutting Jia. Gayatri shows Soumya at the party with Adit. Kusum goes to Soumya and asks who invited her to the party. Mangal says Soumya is a cousin of Sanjana. Kusum slowly mocks Sanjana and Soumya. Lakshmi applies color to Mangal. Shanti asks Lipika to try to get closer to Karthik. Jia mixes Bhang powder in a thandai glass.
Lakshmi encourages Mangal to win the challenge. Soumya tries to apply colour to Adit. Adit stops her and says it’s not good to apply colour in front of everyone. Soumya asks him to come to the backyard so she can color him first. Adit agrees. Lipika starts a live and Adit joins her but she couldn’t continue due to low battery. Jia comes to Karthik and insists him to drink thandai. Karthik sees everyone is dancing and joins them. Karthik dances with Adit. Soumya gestures to Adit to come aside. Karthik takes a spiked drink. Soumya requests Mangal to get her thandai. Mangal agrees.
Lakshmi sees Mangal and asks her where she is going. Mangal tells her about Soumya’s request. Lakshmi says she will give thandai to Soumya and sends Mangal to apply colour to Adit. Karthik stops drinking spiked drink seeing Lakshmi. He asks Lalshmi to finish their unfinished talk. Lakshmi says it’s not the correct time and tells Karthik that she is going to give thandai to Soumya. Karthik asks her to give his glass. Jia comes there and stops Lakshmi. Karthik introduces Jia and Lakshmi to each other.
