The episode begins with Kaashvi tells Aditya that he should have said something else. Aditya tells her that she is above everything for him in this world. He says that he loves Kaashvi so much and he won’t let anyone hurt her. He adds that he know their fake marriage truth should not come for Karun’s sake. She nods at him. He tells her that he understands her sacrifice.
She tells him that he is really good person and he is an angel in her life. He says that he hope Kaashvi feels his love and loves him back one day. She tells him that the consequences will be really horrible. He tells her that it’s not matter for him what world thinks about him. She hugs him. He thinks that his plan worked.
Next day, Kaashvi sees someone wrote bad about Aditya in the bathroom. She orders cleaner to clean the wall fast. She wonders who did it. Aditya sees this and recalls that how he wrote them. Trainees badmouthing about Aditya. Kaashvi hears this and scolds them. She warns them to not utter a word against Aditya. She suspends Vishal for 10 days.
Later, Kaashvi hope Aditya is good. Arjun tells Kaashvi that he want to talk to her. She tells him that she has to talk to Aditya. He asks her that why she did not tell him about Aditya’s medical issues. He says that they are friends so why she hided the truth from him. She asks him that who is he and why she should tell about her husband medical issues to him. He tells her that they are not in complete marriage life and only they can keep happy each other that’s why God reunited them. He asks her to return in his life.
She asks him to stop talking nonsense. She says that Arjun is fake person. He gets shocked hearing this. She tells him to stay away from her and not play with her emotions. He tells her that he never played with her emotions. He says that he won’t stay away from Kaashvi. He asks her to accept she loves him that’s why she got jealous. She tells him that she don’t love him. She warns him to not lie to him and focus on his family.
Aditya overhears their conversation and drinks. He thinks that it’s right time to participate in the drama. He goes to them and warns Arjun to stay away from Kaashvi. Arjun tells Aditya to stop embarrassing himself and Kaashvi. He pushes Aditya and beat Aditya up. Kaashvi asks Arjun to stop it. Aditya loses his consciousness. Kaashvi takes Aditya to home. Arjun tells Monty and tells him to go to Kaashvi’s home.
After some time, Kaashvi gives water to Aditya and goes to bring first aid box. Aditya gets angry seeing Monty there.
