The episode starts with the arrangement of the wedding of Jhanak’s marriage function. The groom of Jhanak, Avinash has been waiting for his bride but Jhanak still has not appeared. Avinash notices the care and love for the maid of this family. He appreciates it. Vipasha suddenly mentions that Jhanak should be restricted after the marriage. Since she was accustomed to roam around like a free bird, her movements should be controlled. Avinash assures that, there are many restrictions in their house, and his parents are also very strict who won’t allow any kind of mischievousness.
Jhanak is brought in the ground hall when she gets ready. She looks very beautiful and gorgeous which mesmerizes everyone. Choton blesses for her future life. Avinash remains gazed at her. Appu also comes there to search Jhanak, she wants to be with the new bride. Jhanak asks Appu to sit beside her. Appu has been starting missing her. He requests the new groom to bring Jhanak every few weeks. She wants to be connected with Jhanak and expresses her emotion. In meantime, Anirudhha comes there after getting ready. He stares at Jhanak as she looks very beautiful.
The mother of Avinash gives a wonderful golden set to the bride, which suprises everyone. The expensive gift draw the attention of everyone but Jhanak doesn’t seem happy and contented. Jhanak says she wants to be independent and successful only then she would get the success. Shristi ignores her claims and emphatically reminds she should behave like a perfect Bahu of this renowned family. Jhanak feels trapped. Shristi put the golden set around her neck.
Avinash comes to know that Jhanak was studying graduation while she left the education. Anirudhha requests the man to continue Jhanak’s education but Avinash doesn’t feel any importance of her education and demeans of the degree. He doesn’t find any reason to continue her study, afterall she have to take care of the family. She will be needed in the home. He also adjoins that his parents don’t believe in girl’s education. Both Anirudhha and Chhoton get mad. They both start criticizing the througt of this age old mindset, Shubho and Tanuja request the priest to continue the rituals of the engagments.
One by one, the elders of the family blesses her and gives her more gifts. Shristi also gives a expensive necklace set. But Jhanak doesn’t feel happy among all these grandeur.

Precap : Jhanak will be asked to touch the feet of Avinash who is the would be husband of her. But Jhanak couldn’t able to bend her head to this stranger. When Anirudhha will come to bless Jhanak, she will bow her head and will touch the feet of Anirudhha with respect.
