The episode starts Sumitra taking out a cloth to to hide her tattoo but it gets torn. Sumitra thinks how will she hide the tattoo.
Poonam comes to Sumitra’s room and sees that she has gone to sleep. Poonam decides to put hot pack at Sumitra’s feet. Poonam is about to notice Sumitra’s tattoo but Rajneesh calls for Poonam saying he need a printer to take out some prints. Poonam says the printer is in the study room. Poonam takes Rajneesh away from there.
Rajneesh helps Poonam in her studies. Rajneesh sees Raj and says to Poonam that he feels like he can spend no matter how much time he is with her. Rajneesh puts his hand over Poonam’s waist. Poonam takes his hand away. Rajneesh apologises to Poonam. Poonam sees Raj and goes to him.
Poonam explains to Raj that it is not what it looks like. Raj argues with Poonam. Poonam asks Raj if he is feeling jealous. Raj says he is not that insecure of Rajneesh. Raj asks Poonam to stay away from Rajneesh as he feels bad vibes from him. Poonam comments on Raj saying he is only feeling jealous.
Raj comes to Rajneesh and asks Rajneesh to leave this house. Rajneesh asks Raj how can he ask him to leave like this. Raj says he can do it as he is his superior and Rajneesh is just an intern in the hospital. Rajneesh argues with Raj. Raj gets angry with Rajneesh and fires him from the hospital. Rajneesh leaves from there.
Raj asks Poonam to get ready as it is time for Gitu’s engagement. Poonam comments on Raj as he always wears black colour. Poonam asks Raj to wear colourful clothes like the old Raj for her.
Poonam later gets a call from Rajneesh. Rajneesh says to Poonam that he would like to meet her one last time. Rajneesh falls over the car steering. Poonam and the Raghuvanshi family come to Rajneesh car. Poonam gets Rajneesh out of the car and sees that he has slit his wrist.
It is shown Sumitra is the one who slits Rajneesh’s wrist to execute her plan.
Rajneesh says to Poonam that he lost his job and says he will not be able to meet her nowadays. Rajneesh says to Poonam that he loves her. Rajneesh loses consciousness.
The Raghuvanshi thinks about what happened. Poonam asks Raj how is Rajneesh. Raj says Rajneesh is fine. Gunitha accuses Poonam of hinting at Rajneesh that’s why he tried committed suicide for her. Poonam says she doesn’t even know Rajneesh and they only talked about studies. Gunitha comments on Poonam. Raj says to Poonam that he already asked her before to be careful of Rajneesh.
