The episodes starts with Heer telling her parents that she called them so they find the truth that Jeet is innocent. Yashika tells her mother that what medicines did you keep giving to keep me intoxicated and manipulate me and insult Jeet so much. Jeet tells mistakes can happen. Yashika tells Jeet is a good guy and you wanted to destroy his family? Yashika’s mother tells I did all this for you to find a good husband and family. Flashback shows Yashika realising that her condition worsened after taking the medicine and she found more about it on internet. Heer tells Jeet that she wants divorce from him but Yashika tells Jeet is innocent and he came to my room just to check my fever and my mom manipulated me into believing Jeet loves me. Heer tells we should make Yashika’s mother confess herself. Yashika tells everything was my mother’s planning. Jeet asks what should we do now and Yashika plans to fall down the stairs so they have to take her to the hospital.
Rajwinder tells you became so blind in your greed that you were about to destroy your own child’s life and if something would have happened to Teji no one would have forgave you. Rajwinder shows everyone that Teji tried to commit suicide by cutting her wrist because of Jarnail. Teji tells Heer to forgive her for what Jarnail did with her. Teji tells Jarnail did so much wrong with you that I went into guilt everytime I saw you and I never realized when I was in depression. Heer tells we are not blood related but you are like a sister to me and we are all always with you and you have to forget Jarnail like a bad dream. Sartaj tells both of you will always be like our daughter.
Rajwinder tells that Jarnail did lots of wrong deeds but he gave her daughter like Teji and lovely grandchildren like Sunny and Sirmit. Yashika tells her mother to see how selfless real family is. Her mother cries and apologizes to Yashika. But the latter denies listening to any of pleas. Yashika’s mother begs Atwals to forgive her so that Yashika doesn’t go away from her. Yashika tells her to stop disturbing them and bids good bye to Heer. She asks Jeet to take care of himself and seeks last apology from everyone before leaving.
Gurmeet and Jasmin also reconcile as Gurmeet feels guilty of his wrong doings when he realises how much Jasmin has suffered because of him. Heer apologises to Jasmin for doubting her intentions. Jasmin also apologises back and they share an emotional hug. Heer says she is stupid not to realize the truth of one who loves her so much. She proposes Jeet again and he says that he doesn’t love her shocking everyone. But then he says he worships Heer. Heer is shown pregnant after leap of few months.
The episode ends with Atwals and Singhs together having their happy ending.
