Episode starts with Rose and Multani discussing that Neil is doing a lot more background checks than he is supposed to. Multani says he feels like getting Neil killed. Rose says that Yukti would never let them do this. Multani says that they are helping Yuvika for their own benefit but before they themselves get into trouble for her they must do something.
Bhoomi consoles Yuvika and tries to make her understand that it isn’t in her nature to kill anyone or even think of hurting someone. The doctor says that Dj is out of danger now but due to falling down from such a height his body is in shock now so it would take some time to get back to normal. Dj regains consciousness. Bhoomi feeds Yuvika with her own hands. She lifts Yuvika’s mood. Gagi tells Dj that he would get well soon and asks him to not worry. He tells Gargi something in her ears. Bhoomi puts medicine on Yuvika’s wounds. They recall their old days. She tells Bhoomi that she is scared and confused since she doesn’t know what she is doing and even if her plan would work.
As Dhanraj comes inside DJs room, Dj goes back to sleep and Gargi behaves weirdly. Dhanraj asks her what’s wrong. Yuvika wonders what if Dj recalls anything after coming back to consciousness and says she would go and check on him. Gargi looks tense and worried. As their room door opens Gargi even gets scared of that. The doctor comes in and checks on Dj. Gargi lies to the doctor that Dj didn’t come back to consciousness. The doctor suggests that Dj needs to be shifted to the hospital.
Dhanraj asks Gargi why she lied to the doctor since he himself saw Dj talking to her. Gargi says that Dj told her that Yuvika’s ghost is real and she has come back to seek her revenge. She is the one who did this to Dj. Gargi asks Dhanraj to get ready to die since they are doomed and till Yuvika completes seeking her revenge, she won’t leave this house. Yuvika tries to find her raksha kavach at the construction site where she had a confrontation with Dj when Neil comes there and starts asking questions to Yukti. She says that she is not bound to answer him. As Neil forces her to answer, Yukti says that since her accident and after Dj met an accident she is very stressed and wants to know what is happening.
Gargi panics and says that Yuvika’s ghost is back and she would kill them all. She keeps on spreading a smoke that is used in prayers to purify their house. Yukti asks Gargi how this is possible but Gargi says it’s possible. She says that Yuvika is back to seek her revenge for the sins they committed. Yukti asks her what sins she is talking about. Episode ends.
