The episode starts with Naveli mixing something in Hetal’s juice and says she will also make her drink bitter juice. Hetal take a sip of juice and spills it. Pranali and Dolly comes there and Hetal questions them who made the juice and then she hears Naveli laughing under the bed. Naveli asks Hetal if she can understand how bitter karela is. Hetal tells that Naveli doesn’t deserve to stay at Makwana house, she should be sent to hostel instead. Golu supports her decision. Naveli starts crying and says she doesn’t want to go to hostel and asks for Bittu. She hugs Pranali and keeps saying that she wants to go to Bittu.
Hetal tells Golu to go and call Dhawal. Pranali notices the bandage on Naveli’s hand and questions about it. Naveli says she got hurt in Mumbai and Bittu took care of her. She says Pranali has no time for her but Bittu took care of her well. Naveli sees Dhawal coming there and gets more scared. She keeps crying saying she doesn’t want to go to hostel. Dhawal comes near and Naveli falls unconscious. He picks her in his arms and makes her lie on bed.
Pranali checks on Naveli and says Dhawal that Naveli is suffering from high fever. He doesn’t react and leaves saying Pranali to give her medicine. Pranali sits with cold compressions. Naveli keeps talking about Bittu and says she wants to meet her. Pranali promises to take her there once she recovers. Pranali is about to see her painting with Natasha and her but Naveli stops her saying she wants to surprise Bittu. Pranali questions Naveli if she wants to have noodles and goes to cook for her.
At Pandya Store, Bittu is taking colors for Naveli stealthily. Naveli questions Pranali when they will go to meet Bittu. Pranali says that she is going to take Ronit to clinic after that she will take her to Bittu. Naveli thinks she has to do something and takes onion to fake fever. One guy, proposes his daughter for marriage with Shantanu but he angrily tears off the photo. Natasha comes there asking Shantanu to help her make drawing book. The same customer provokes Shantanu’s brother not to keep stranger girl at home as they might get arrested. Dhawal questions Naveli about who Bittu is that she has deteriorated her health.
Natasha also gets restless to meet Naveli. Naveli wakes up and Pranali checks on her. She requests her to please call Bittu and Pranali promises to talk to Dhawal about it. Doctor hears Naveli requesting repeatedly to meet Bittu and suggests to call her so that Naveli can recover faster. Shantanu comes to Natasha and she keeps crying to go to meet Naveli. Natasha gets up on the window to jump down but Shantanu stops her. Shantanu’s brother in law tells he will ask Shan to directly marry Natasha instead of waiting for engagement. The episode ends with Dhawal trying to call on Bittu’s contact number.
