Episode starts with Krishna who abducts Bindiya from her own room and takes her away somewhere else with the car. He brings Bindiya in the police station to arrest her but suddenly he notices that Gauri has followed them to turn the table. She threats that if he won’t take her home, she will start to scream. Krishna couldn’t understand how Bindiya manages to stay two steps ahead and decides to return the home.
In the midst of night, Payal and Shakshi start fighting with each other. Since Shakshi comes to know that Payal had betrayed her hiding the property papers from her. Shakshi threats her that she will reveal the game of kidney, Payal also warns her otherwise she will unbox the trick of the mask. Hearing their conversation, Bindiya becomes confirmed that Payal has been befooling them. Bindiya wants to prove how dangerous Shakshi, Krishna and Payal are.
In the next morning, Payal says she didn’t find Krishna anywhere. They fail to find out Krishna in the house. Actually, Bindiya brings Krishna in the hospital to check him up whether he really went through the operation. Bindiya abducted Krishna to learn the truth from the doctor for once. After getting the sense, Krishna becomes furious. Meanwhile doctor declares that Krishna never underwent any operation, the sign of the operation is also a false cut. The doctor says he is nor lying anything neither he wants keep in any delusions. Krishna also becomes very shocked to learn that Krishna never underwent any transplantation.
Coming into house, Krishna bursts out his anger on Payal and interrogates why did she spread that false information saying Krishna’s kidney for damaged. He also asks her why she was pretending that she has given her kidney to Krishna. Being caught in red handed, Payal starts her new drama, and she played the dirty game only to be with Krishna. But Payal tries convince them Bindiya has been deceiving them but the latter lashes her out for her deception.
Amma and Baldev both realise that Bindiya has been telling the truth, when Payal begs them to listen her once, but no one gives her any concentration. Payal gets upset since her all plan gets flopped. Krishna becomes more puzzled and perplexed listening the accusation of the two sides.
