The episode starts with Naveli questioning Pranali what has happened Bittu and blames Dhawal for scolding her. Hetal starts her acting and fakes to cry saying that everytime Natasha in their house something wrong happens. Natasha also tries to sing through signs for Shantanu. The latter feels emotional and consoles her. Hetal says that Natasha must have seen kids at Mumbai so she has planned to use them as key to enter back in Makwana house. She blames Natasha for wanting to live a luxurious life after spending seven years in poverty.
Amba thinks why she is seeing old Hetal since Natasha has returned back. She thinks in past seven years no one respected her and now they need her help. Hetal says that she has lost her husband because of Natasha and doesn’t want to lose Golu now. Shantanu tells his sister that everytime Natasha gets panic attacks she needs to be given rest so they cannot take her immediately. His sister warns him that he will lose everything. Shantanu says he cannot risk Natasha’s life because of fear of losing her. He says he can do anything for her single smile.
Shantanu sits beside Natasha consoling her. While his sister thinks she feels that Natasha is having connection with the house. Hetal requests Amba to ask Dhawal to make Natasha leave but she denies saying Natasha’s state is not such to make her leave. Shantanu informs Dhawal that ⁰everytime Natasha gets panic attack, she has to be kept at same plac⁰e. Dhawal tells that even he if he wants he cannot leave unless Dhawal gets his answers. He asks Shantanu to feel at home pan⁰0d stay at Makwana house. Pranali comes to Naveli and thinks she has got attached to her and cannot let Natasha take her.
Naveli says she wants to go to Bittu. Pranali tries to deviate her by painting with her but Naveli insists to do it with Bittu instead and runs to meet her . Naveli comes to Natasha but she doesn’t play with her. Naveli feels Dhawal is responsible for Natasha’s condition and thinks to teach him a lesson. Shantanu picks Dhawal about what he wanted to know. The latter says that she had left ruining his life. Shantanu says that she herself has no idea of what’s happening in her life.
Shantanu questions Dhawal what his relationship is with Natasha. The latter says she is his wife which leaves Shan shocked. Naveli comes there and throws water on Dhawal. She is about to fall but Dhawal catches her. Naveli comes to Natasha’s room thinking Dhawal will not come there but he does. Natasha is about to slip from bed but Dhawal holds her. Shantanu recalls the recent incidents and Dhawal claiming Natasha as his wife. He hugs his sister crying and says that Bittu is Dhawal’s wife. The episode ends Dhawal caressing Natasha’s face.

Shantanu will question Dhawal what he has done to his Bittu that her condition has deteriorated. Dhawal will correct him saying she is Natasha Makwana. However Shantanu says she will remain his Bittu and no one can stop him from taking her back with himself.
