Episode begins with Palki asks Preeta that whether they are going to Varun’s house today. Preeta says that they will go with Rajveer. Palki goes to make tea for Preeta.
Outside the Luthra house, Kareena asks Nidhi that whether Shaurya still think Karan loves Rajveer more than Shaurya. Kritika says that she thinks Shaurya’s mind changed that’s why Shaurya saved Rajveer in the hospital. Nidhi tells Kritika that Shaurya saved Karan in the hospital, not Rajveer. She says that Shaurya told her Rajveer is Luthras enemy and Rajveer want to ruin Karan’s business.
Inside the house, Rajveer takes Karan to the sofa. Karan asks fir water. Rajveer gives water to Karan. He says that nothing will happen to Karan. Karan faints. Rajveer asks Karan to wake up. He says that he did not even take revenge on Karan so Karan can’t die. He adds that he won’t let anything happen to Karan.
Mahesh, Rakhi and Kavya reaches Luthra house. Mahesh asks Dadi that why they are standing outside the house. Kareena says that they were talking about Rajveer’s hatred for Karan. Kavya says that Rajveer don’t hate Karan. Rakhi says that Rajveer would not have risked his life to save Karan if Rajveer hate Karan then. She asks to not think unnecessarily. They hears Rajveer’s voice and goes inside.
Rajveer tells Karan that they should go to hospital. Karan asks Rajveer to forgive him first. Rajveer says that Karan’s attitude is killing him. He adds that he feel like he slit Karan’s wrist. Luthras comes there. Rakhi goes to Karan. Kareena asks what happened. Rajveer says that Karan slit his wrist. Nidhi slaps Rajveer and blames Rajveer for Karan’s condition. Rajveer defends himself. Nidhi throws him out of the house.
Preeta tells Palki that she feel like something bad is happening. Palki says that she feel like Preeta is tensed because she shared Kavya’s matter to her.
Rakhi tells Mahesh to take Karan to room. Rajveer says that he will help to take Karan to room. Nidhi scolds Rajveer and tells him to leave from there. Rajveer picks Preeta’s call. Kavya and Mahesh says that they need Rajveer’s help. Nidhi says that Karan is in this condition because of Rajveer so Rajveer should go. Preeta hears everything. Kareena tells Rajveer to go. Rajveer leaves from there.
Rajveer wonders Karan is good person or not. He asks himself that whether he misunderstood Karan. He blames himself for Karan’s condition. He recalls Srishti and Karan’s words. He says that he is not understanding who is right and who is wrong.
Meanwhile, Karan tells Luthras that he is fine. He says that he slit his wrist. Mahesh scolds Karan. Preeta comes there. Nidhi scolds Preeta for coming there. Kavya says that Preeta came to treat Karan. Preeta treats Karan’s injury. She gives medicine to Karan. Karan feels dizzy. Dadi asks Preeta to save Karan.
