The episode starts with Shiv saying to himself that he needs to go to the mental hospital for everyone’s safety. Shiv looks at Bhagwati’s photo and apologises to her. Shiv looks at Karthik’s photo and says to Karthik he is going to miss him. Shiv packs his bags to go to mental asylum.
Raghunath asks Shakti to listen to him. Shakti asks Raghunath to listen to her and says Shiv was manipulated to do all of this. Mandira asks Shakti to stop blaming him all the time.
The mental asylum people come to Kashyap Sadan and says to Kashyap family that they came here to take Shiv away. Shakti asks Raghunath if he called the mental asylum people. Shiv comes downstairs and says he called the mental asylum people. Shakti asks Shiv if he has gone mad. Shiv says yes and says that’s why he called the mental asylum people. Shakti says to Shiv that he is completely normal. Shiv says to Shakti that he found proof that he is mad. Shiv says he found the birth certificate. Shiv says in this birth certificate it is clearly written that he is born in 1989 so his age is 35 years old. Shiv says to Shakti that he lied to her. Shakti apologises to Shiv and says the situation was like that. Shiv says he is not angry with her and says he knows she only lied to protect him. Shiv asks Shakti to allow him to go so that he can get better. Shiv says he is a threat to everyone in the house. Shiv apologises to Padma for hurting her. Shiv asks Shakti to allow him to go. Shiv asks Shakti to not cry and says if she cries he will feel pain in his heart. Shakti says if he leaves to the mental asylum then she will also feel pain in her heart. Shakti asks all the family members to stop Shiv and tell him that he is not mad but everyone just stays silent.
Karthik and Sundari return home. Shakti asks Karthik to tell Shiv that he is fine and he is not mad. Karthik agrees.
Karthik says to Shiv that he is fine. Shiv says if he is fine why doesn’t he go to the school with him. Karthik stays silent. Shiv says to Karthik that he needs to admit reality that he is mad.
Shiv hugs Shakti. Shakti recalls her moments with Dr Shiv.
