The episode starts with Shakti saying to Shiv that he should not go anywhere. Shakti reminds Shiv of their marriage vows and says he will not go anywhere. Shiv says he already made a promise that he will not hurt her and says right now he is a threat to her. Mandira hopes that this drama will end soon and Shiv will leave the house.
Shiv says to Shakti that he will return soon after he gets better. Shiv says good bye to Shakti. Shakti asks Shiv not to leave her. Mandira asks Rimjim and Nandu to stop Shakti. Nandu and Rimjim stop Shakti. Shiv leaves with the mental asylum people. Shakti bites Nandu’s hand and chases Shiv. Shakti falls at the door step. Mandira thinks Shiv Shakti’s love story has come to an end and thinks she will not allow Shiv to return home.
Koyal says to Dharam that Manorama is just pretending. Koyal says all the sleeping pills are here. Dharam lashes out at Manorama and asks Manorama how many lies will she tell him and comments on her.
Shakti claps for the Kashyap family. Shakti asks Kashyap family members how will they look themselves in the mirror after they three Shiv out of this house. Shakti questions all the family members one by one and says they failed in living up to thier relation with Shiv. Shakti says they failed Shiv and they are not worthy of Shiv.
Manorama apologises to Dharam and says she only wanted him not to marry Koyal that’s why she tried to blackmail him. Dharam asks Manorama if she really wants him not to marry Koyal. Manorama says yes. Dharam apologises to Koyal and says to Koyal that he will not be able to marry her. Dharam later says he needs to put an end to all of this today. Dharam goes into a room and locks the door. Dharam takes poison bottle. Manorama and Koyal break the door and they find Dharam unconscious.
Shakti criticises Padma. Shakti says to Mandira that she is responsible for all of this and she will punish her. Shakti vows to bring Shiv back.
Shakti stops the ambulance and says to the mental asylum people that she will send them to jail if they try to take Shiv away. Shakti makes Shiv get down from the ambulance and says he is not going anywhere.
