Episode starts with a hospital scene since Payal is admitted in the same hospital for her critical condition. The nurse asks the family member of Payal how did she got this injury. Birju the police officer affirms that there is no police case regarding this accident. Bindiya breaks down in tears feeling the pain for her sister. Krishna consoles her and asks not to hurt herself because of that evil lady. Meanwhile the doctor come out from the operation theatre and announces that Payal has gone to coma. There is a less chance of a recuperation. Bindiya believe that she is about to lose her sister. Doctor fails to give any guarantee of our life which increases the pain of Bindiya. Indu prefers in the hospital so that she will get all the proper and needed treatment.
Bindiya wants to keep her sister with her so that she could able to take care of Payal. Everyone forbids Bindiya to take this responsibility in her own shoulder but she doesn’t want to listen anything, because there is no one except Payal after the death of her parents. Krishna supports the decision of his wife and arranges everything to keep Payal in the Shukla house. Krishna wants to keep a nurse for Payal, but Bindiya says she herself will manage everything. Shakshi is also asked to take care of Payal. Sakshi gets with of Payal and apologies to her.
Birju comes into the room of Bindiya, her mischievous behaviour of Birju increases the anger of Bindiya. She warns Birju for his reckless behaviour of Birju. At the same time, Krishna comes into the room. Bindiya handles the situation. Bindiya forbids her husband to indulge Birju in the house, since he is not a good hearted person.
After a while, Indu gives a gifts to Bindiya and Krishna. They are given two tickets of Goa of honeymoon. Though Krishna and Bindiya hesitate to have the trip because of the crucial situation of the house. But the parents of Krishna insist the couple to go the honeymoon since they need some time in alone. After of while Birju comes in the Shukla house, when he large that Bindiya and Krishna have gone for the honeymoon he becomes at early surprised. He bought two tickets for movie and planned to watch it with Bindiya. When he finds out that she is not home, he insists Amma to go with him.
Reaching in Goa, Bindiya and Krishna celebrate their honeymoon trip. They are grandly welcome by the hotel managers. While they are enjoying their togetherness, a evil come in the sea beach to destroy their happiness.
