The episode starts with Chirag entering his room and Dolly hugs him saying that it’s time to expand their family and make another baby. Chirag tells her to think about family’s situation but Dolly thinks she has only daughter so she will not get share in property hence she wants a baby boy so that no one can deny her for anything. Naveli brings breakfast and greets Dhawal who is sleeping hugging Natasha. Natasha hugs Naveli happily. Dhawal asks Naveli not to call him Makkar Makwana instead use papa. Naveli says about Bhavin being her father but Dhawal corrects her saying he is bade papa.
Natasha says if Dhawal is papa and she is Mumma what’s the relationship between them. Pranali comes there and scolds Naveli for being late for school. Naveli requests Dhawal not to let Natasha go anywhere. Dhawal promises the same. Pranali taunts Dhawal for ruining others life by letting Natasha stay at Makwana house. She tries to emotionally blackmail Dhawal. Dhawal tells that she has taken care of Naveli but she did mistake by joining hands with Shantanu. Pranali challenges to use court to get Naveli back.
Naveli comes to Pandya house and sees Mithu blabbering. She picks up his phone and hides inside. Mithu locks the door unknown of the same and leaves. Naveli calls Dhawal saying Mithu has brought her to his house and is saying that he will take her somewhere if Dhawal and Natasha doesn’t come there. Dhawal tells Natasha to come with him to roam outside. Natasha agrees but asks for Shantanu’s permission. Dhawal fakes to take permission and makes Natasha come with him. Naveli locks Dhawal and Natasha inside Pandya house asking them to become friends till she returns back from school. Dhawal thinks she is exactly like her mother.
Natasha gets tired jumping around so Dhawal helps to wipe her sweat. Dhawal looks at her and recalls their old memories spent together. He starts crying and Natasha feels concerned. She wipes his tears and says him not to cry. Dhawal asks the reason behind her condition and feels guilty. He apologises to her and hugs her. Dhawal tells that he will never let her go away from him and will improve her health. Dhawal shows Natasha their past photos from his phone gallery. Natasha surprisingly looks at the same and her memories get triggered.
Dhawal tells that they got married and used to stay together at Makwana house. He asks Natasha if she is able to remember anything. Natasha scrolls more pictures and keeps getting flashbacks. Natasha sees Amrish’s face and recalls his death. She says out Mots loudly and gets panic attack. Past shows Hetal asking Natasha to leave Makwana house. She pushes Dhawal away and throws things around. Naveli and Mithu comes there too. Dhawal asks Mithu to call doctor immediately. Natasha keeps screaming Mots and falls unconscious. The episode ends with Naveli and Natasha looking after Natasha.

Natasha will gain back her normal state and question Dhawal about the past seven years. Dhawal will tell that he had held her responsible for Amrish’s death and accepted the same. Natasha will be shocked to hear it.
