Episode begins with Anshuman asks media reporters to report he is Malik of Luthra house. Preeta comes there and says that she is Malkin of Luthra house. Everyone gets shocked hearing this except Karan. Preeta says that Luthra house belongs to her from today. Anshuman tells her that he missed her. He asks her that how she is Malkin of Luthra house. She asks him to check the papers. She says that she even registered the papers. She gives the papers to media reporters.
She reveals that Karan sold his property to her before he signs on the collaboration papers. Anshuman sees the papers and gets shocked. Karan says that Preeta is right. Anshuman tells Karan that he will give complain against Karan for fraud. Palki tells Anshuman that collaboration papers were unregistered so he can’t give complain against Karan.
Rakhi tells Anshuman that he lost finally. Shaurya tauntingly asks Anshuman that how the latter is feeling now. He and Rajveer throws Anshuman out of the house. Luthras smiles seeing this. Anshuman tells them that he won’t spare them and leaves from there. Media reporters questions Anshuman. Anshuman scolds them and leaves from there.
Karan tells his family that they blamed Preeta unnecessarily. He says that it was Preeta’s plan and he just executed it. He adds that this was secret plan between him and Preeta. Nidhi scolds Karan for transferring his property on Preeta’s name on Preeta’s behest. Karan says that Preeta suggested to transfer the property to someone and he choosed Preeta for that. He tells Nidhi that Preeta went to registration office when Nidhi was blaming Preeta. He says that Preeta saved them and everything. Rakhi says that like she said Preeta is lucky charm for them. Nidhi says that enough of all this and goes inside.
Anshuman tells his lawyer that he hate Preeta now. He asks lawyer to hire goons to kill Preeta. Varun calls Roma and tells her that he decided to marry Kavya for money but Kavya has nothing now. He informs her that Preeta is Malkin of Luthra house now. She asks him to not take any decision in anger now and observe everything.
Nidhi tells Aarohi that Preeta saved everyone and Preeta became Malkin too. She says that her position become zero and what she will do now. Aarohi asks Nidhi to calm down.
Kareena says that Preeta is smart that’s why Preeta became Malkin from physiotherapist. Dadi says that Karan could have transferred the property on Shaurya’s name. Rakhi asks Dadi and Kareena to not doubt Preeta’s intention. Kareena asks Rakhi to not defend Preeta. She says that Preeta wanted their property since beginning. Rakhi thinks that Preeta saved them but they are suspecting Preeta. Karan goes to Preeta and praises her. He tells her that he is happy now.
