The episode starts with Savi after making the call to Thakkar’s house she decides to call Shantanu and inform him.
Isha and Shantanu talk to Shashank’s parents. Urmila comments and says Savi is really lucky to have a guy like Shashank coming into his life. Shantanu gets a call from Savi. Savi asks Shantanu to come to the side. Savi later tells Shantanu that she can’t come to the temple as she is stuck in an emergency. Shantanu asks Savi what is the emergency. Savi tries to tell Shantanu about Saisha but her phone gets switched off before that.
Rajat bangs on the door and asks Savi to open the door. Raju says there is no use and says there is no one in the house and says they should have gone to Savi’s engagement. Tara comes to Rajat’s family. Tara scolds Mamta as Saisha was sleeping right beside her and she didn’t even know when someone came into the room and took Saisha away. Tara says to Rajat that they should call the cops. Rajat says he is calling Savi and says he is getting that her phone is switched off. Bhagyasree comments on Savi and her family.
Isha comes and asks Shantanu where is Savi. Shantanu reveals to Isha that Savi is stuck in an emergency and says she will not be able to come to this temple. Isha comes to Shashank’s parents and tells them that Savi has gotten into an accident due to which her Lehanga has been ruined and she went to get another Lehanga so she will not be able to come to this Pooja. Shashank hearing it asks his parents not to mind it and says they will do this Pooja without Savi with her name. The Pandit says they can do it.
Savi is shown to be beside Saisha taking care of Saisha. Savi and the nurse see Saisha puking and says it is not a good sign and says they need to do the emergency procedure right away.
The hospital staff take Saisha to the operation theatre. The nurse asks Savi why hasn’t she signed on the consent form till now. Savi says she is not the mother of Saisha and says she is her neighbour. Chirag the doctor hearing it comments on Savi. Chirag still decides to do the procedure thinking about Saisha’s safety. Savi goes to meet Ashika.
Savi comes to Harsh’s house to meet Ashika. Harsh and Ashika meet Savi. Savi asks Ashika to come to the hospital and says Saisha is admitted in the hospital as she drank adult cough syrup too much and she is in danger. Savi says to Ashika that she needs a parent signature on the consent form to do the operation. Ashika agrees to go but Harsh stops Ashika and says to Ashika that she can’t go and reminds Ashika that she promised him, she will never go back to them. Savi sees Ashika not coming so she leaves from there.
The Thakkar family come to the police station and give a police complaint about Savi abducting Saisha. Rajat asks the cops to find Savi and get his daughter. Mamta calls Tara and informs her that Savi’s family has returned but Savi hasn’t returned.
The Bhosle family are shown to be preparing for Savi and Shashank’s engagement. The cops come to Bhosle house and the cops question where is Savi. Shantanu and Isha reveal to the cops that Savi has called them before and she said she is in an emergency but after that they are getting that her phone is switched off. Urmila asks Shantanu and Isha that they said before that Savi’s Lehanga has been torn and she went to get a new Lehanga. Isha apologises to Shashank’s parents for lying to them.
