The episode starts with Pushpa sharing her concern with Radha that if they do the delivery this quickly then it will be bad for the baby. Radha says to Pushpa that they should trust the doctor as they know what are they talking about. Pushpa also shares her concern about Rashi loving Saran. Radha gets shocked hearing it. Pushpa says to Radha that Saran said that she will talk to Rashi. Radha asks Pushpa not to worry and says Saran will handle Rashi.
Pushpa asks Susheela not to worry and says they will take second opinion and meet another doctor. Susheela agrees. Pushpa sees Prarthna looking disturbed and asks Prarthna not to worry and says nothing will happen to her mother. Prarthna thinks she doesn’t know if she is worried about Susheela or herself and thinks she can’t tell about her pregnancy to her family.
Pushpa, Susheela and Bapodara meet the doctor. The doctor says to Susheela that she doesn’t have much time and says she needs to make a decision. Susheela comments on it. The doctor says to Susheela that she needs to make a decision within 2 weeks.
Susheela worries about her baby. Pushpa gets a call from Sandhya. Sandhya invites Pushpa for Raja’s birthday. Pushpa agrees. Pushpa later says to Susheela that she needs think that nothing happened to the baby and give proper nutrition and love to the baby for 2 weeks and says a miracle might happen. Bapodara also agrees with Pushpa’s idea. Radha also encourages Susheela.
Pushpa scolds Rashi for thinking something can go on in between Rashi and Saran. Pushpa asks Rashi to solve this matter and comments on it.
Susheela sweetly talks with her baby. Bapodara also asks the baby to stay inside Susheela’s womb and comments on it.
Prarthna says to Chirag that she would like to talk to him about pregnancy. Chirag says to Prarthna that he will talk to her later and says he has to go on some work and leaves from there.
Deepti says to Rashi that she brought sandwich for her and asks Rashi to eat it. Rashi says she is not hungry. Ashwin convinces Rashi to eat food with his hand. Rashi eats the food.
Mahindra says to Susheela and Bapodara that he prayed for the baby’s well being. Neelima also says she is doing a Vrath for the baby. Radha also says to Bapodara and Susheela that she is doing a Havan for the baby. Bapodara says he is blessed that he has them like his neighbours. Radha teases Bapodara.
Pushpa accidentally hits the dustbin and trash falls out of it. Pushpa notices the pregnancy kit and sees that it is positive. Pushpa decides to find out who is pregnant in her home.
Pushpa asks Deepti how is her new job. Deepti says she is really busy nowadays and says she doesn’t even time to talk to Ashwin. Pushpa hearing it thinks Prarthna might be pregnant.
Prarthna suddenly feels nauseous and she goes into the washroom to puke. Pushpa sees it and confirms that Prarthna is the one who is pregnant and thinks why is Prarthna hiding the truth about her pregnancy from everyone.
