The episode starts with Mangal is shown to be unconscious on the road. Karthik and Lakshmi come to that location. A blanket is put over Mangal so Karthik and Lakshmi do not see Mangal’s face. The cops and some people put Mangal who is unconscious in a car and they take her away.
Ishana asks where is Mangal and says she has to do homework. Sudesh asks Ishana to study on her own for today. Kusum thinks where is Mangal as she hasn’t come home till now. Kusum gets a call from Gayatri. Kusum says to Gayatri how worried she is for Mangal. Gayatri says Mangal is in Shanti’s house and says Mangal will come Shanti’s house for a ritual. Kusum gets angry with Mangal hearing this. Kusum after talking to Gayatri cuts the call. Kusum complaints to her family that Mangal is in Shanti’s house without telling anyone and comments on it. Adit comments on Mangal.
Lakshmi gets a call from Mangal’s phone. The police inspector says to Lakshmi over the phone that they found this phone near a dead body and they ask Lakshmi to come to the police station to identify the dead body. Lakshmi gets shocked hearing it. Lakshmi drops the phone. Karthik talks with the police inspector over the phone and they leave to the police station.
Karthik and Lakshmi come to the police station to identify the dead body. The police inspector takes Lakshmi and Karthik to identify the dead body. Karthik and Lakshmi feel relieved that it is not Lakshmi. Karthik and Lakshmi decide to go to Adit’s home to find about Mangal.
Adit says to Kusum that he has to go to the office to talk to Tejpal. Adit leaves from there. Kusum asks Akshat to eat food. Akshat asks Kusum about Mangal. Kusum says Mangal will come home and asks Akshat not to worry. Akshat still doesn’t listen to Kusum and leaves from there. Ishana also goes after him.
Lakshmi and Karthik come to Adit’s house looking for Mangal. Kusum says to Karthik that Gayatri told her Mangal is in Shanti’s house. Karthik says she hasn’t come to Shanti’s house.
Adit is shown to be meeting Sowmya. Adit gets a call from Karthik but he doesn’t attend the call. Sowmya puts the phone in a corner where there is no network. Sowmya later says to Adit that her neighbour has complained about Adit to her mother and she is in trouble because of it. Sowmya says to Adit that she wants Mangal’s place in his life.
Kusum after learning what happened worries for Mangal.
Mangal regains consciousness and she is shown to be in Sowmya’s parent’s house. Sowmya’s father says to Shakini( Sowmya’s mother) that Sowmya has to marry the guy he chooses for her and says he doesn’t trust her choice one bit. Mangal overhears it and says if he forcefully marries his daughter to someone else then she will never be happy.
