The episode starts with Adit saying to Kusum that he left Mangal at the picnic spot. Kusum hearing it lashes out at Adit. Kusum slaps Adit. Adit says to Kusum that she never slapped him and she slapped him this time for Mangal. Kusum says to Adit that she is ashamed of his actions. Adit says he was angry that’s why he did it and comments on Mangal. Adit leaves from there. Kusum thinks her suspicion was right. Kusum should not blame Mangal for his arrest as the real reason for his arrest is Pappu Yadav. Kusum says to herself that she should make Adit understand Mangal is not responsible for him going to jail. Mangal witnesses this from afar.
The next day, Mangal prepares milk and asks Ishana and Akshat to wake up to drink milk.
Lakshmi asks Kusum in Gayatri’s house how is Mangal. Kusum says to Lakshmi that Mangal is fine. Sanjana comments on Mangal and Adit arguing with each other after these many years and comments on Mangal and Adit saying they are not newly married couple like Karthik and Lakshmi to always be happy. Gayatri asks Sanjana to shut up. Kusum asks Gayatri not to scold Sanjana and says Sanjana has given a good idea to make things better in between Adit and Mangal.
Adit is about to leave to his office. Kusum, Gayatri, Karthik and Lakshmi come infront of Adit. Karthik and Lakshmi come to Adit and they sing a song. Karthik and Lakshmi get on their knees and they ask Adit to marry Mangal once again. Adit comments on it.
Sowmya is shown to be talking with her parents. Sowmya father says to Sowmya that he doesn’t trust her choice. Sowmya’s father asks Sowmya to make them meet her choice within 20 days if not she has to marry the guy they choose for her. Sowmya agrees.
Mangal says it is time for Ishana’s exams and they have to concentrate on it not on their marriage. The whole family tries to convince Adit and Mangal to make them re marry.
Karthik takes Mangal’s ring out and puts it one of his hand. Karthik asks Adit to choose one of Mangal’s hand and if he chooses the hand with the ring in it then he has to agree to the marriage. Adit chooses a hand. Mangal shows the ring. The whole family gets excited seeing it. Gayatri gives the responsibility of wedding preparation to Lakshmi.
Mangal stops Adit when he is leaving the house in his car. Adit asks Mangal what is she trying to do. Mangal says she is stopping as he is leaving in car in a hurry and something might happen if he drives like that. Mangal asks Adit not to worry and says she will reject this wedding. Adit comments on Mangal and leaves from there. Kusum comes and says to Mangal that she is doing this to make things right in between them. Mangal hugs Kusum.
