Episode starts with, Indu asking Naina to behave well before her kitty friends and not start crying. She tries to make tea for everyone but Indu throws away the utensils and forbids her to touch anything before her shudhikaran. Indu says she will bring food from outside but she has to pretend she cooked it all.
Swara asks everyone what they would like to have. Manju says that she can cook anything just that it should be properly cooked. Everyone praises Swara . She says she will cook after she gives prashad to dadi. Vedant is told that he is lucky to have a wife like Swara since these days people don’t have time for others. Swara goes to Dadi’s room and feeds her prashad and seeks her blessings. She gets a diary of dadi from which she reads something and smiles.
Later Swara brings food for everyone. Seeing the food Rudra fumes up in anger and recalls his past when Vedant’s mother cooked Rudra’s favourite daal wali Puri and sabzi. Vedant praises the food and says he never had such tasty food like this. Vedant’s father fumes up in anger and throws away the glass. He asks Swara how dare she cook these things. Swara keeps on staring at him in fear, unable to understand anything. Vedant gets up and asks his father what’s the matter since he keeps on appreciating everyone’s smallest effort but today when Swara made such a delicious meal, why isn’t he appreciating.
Rudra asks Swara how she learnt to make this food so she brings Dadi’s diary and gives it to Rudra. She says she got this recipe book from Dadi’s room so she cooked this from there only since she thought everyone would like it if she cooks from Dadi’s recipe book. Rudra says that he is very happy that she did so much hard work to cook for them but she must not cook anything from this recipe book again. He says this book belongs to Vedant’s mother whom he doesn’t want to remember anyone. That woman left Vedant as a kid and broke their family. He says that only Koyel deserves to be called Vedant’s mother. Even Vedant says that he doesn’t want to hear anything about that woman.
Koyel says she would burn the diary and end this topic here. Swara takes away the diary and apologises to everyone. She says that if they burn this, they would be insulting Saraswati Devi . She promises to not bring this diary in front of them anymore. Rudra apologises to Swara for scolding her. Swara requests them to have the food since whomever’s recipe it is , she has made it. Koyel says no one will have this food. Rudra says that they can’t have this food but she needs not worry since they wouldn’t be empty stomach but have the kheer she made. Vedant requests everyone to not talk about that woman in this house ever again.
