The episode starts with Shiv saying to Karthik that he will get a lot of happiness when he hugs him. Shakti assures Karthik that he will not allow anything to happen to him. Karthik comments on Shakti and says if he really bit her then she would have been dead. Karthik tries to leave but Shiv stops Karthik.
Shiv shows a drawing to Karthik and says to Karthik that there is a little poison in his body. Shiv says he will get better once he takes medicine. Shiv says to Karthik that they have to do a few tests to get him proper treatment. Karthik agrees to get treatment and says he will not take injection. Shiv agrees.
Shiv says to Karthik that he needs to follow some precautions and says to Karthik he should not bite anyone, scratch anyone and share his food anyone. Karthik agrees. Karthik says he will stick these precautions on the wall and memorise them. Shakti says to Karthik that she loves him. Karthik says he also loves her. Shiv smiles.
Manorama urges Rimjhim to give Keertan a chance. Rimjhim asks Maroma if she forgot how Keertan mistreated her. She says the present behaviour of Keertan can be his trap. Keertan tells Rimjhim that he is not acting and tells her that he wants to start his life with her. Manorama asks Rimjhim to agree. Brijkishore asks Manorama to not force Rimjhim. Manorama says she needs to show a good path to her kids. She asks Rimjhim to give a last chance to Keertan. Rimjhim refuses to give him a chance and leaves from there.
Shiv asks Shakti if Karthik is fine. Shakti says Karthik is fine but doesn’t know how Karthik will handle this tough situation at a young age. Shakti tells family members that she can’t send Karthik outside until he gets cured. Shakti hopes they can find the solution in blood culture. Family members agree to support Karthik in his tough time.
Raghunath asks Shiv hoe Venom entered in Karthik’s body and how Karthik is surviving with venom. Bhagwati sees Mohini and recalls her words. Shiv says they are trying to find the reason behind Karthik’s state. Mohini says she knows why Karthik has venom. Mohini says according to my village people saying someone in this house might have killed a snake. Family members rubbish it but Mohini tells them its true and tells Shiv and his family that she has a son so she knows the pain of losing a son. Shakti catches her lie and questions if she got married. Monisha fabricates a story and manages the situation.
Mohini says someone in this house killed a snake. Shiv says it happened. He says he was bitten by a snake in his childhood. He asks Bhagwati to narrate the story. Bhagwati narrates an incident from Shiv’s childhood. Mohini says it’s work of Ichhadari Nagin.
Padma gets scared hearing about Mohini’s words. Mohini says a snake never forgets taking revenge. Padma asks Mohini if there is no solution to this problem. Mohini says there is a solution and says it is Nagmani. Mohini says if the snake takes Nagmani then it might forgive everyone as it can revive her lover with that Nagmani. Mohini asks Kashyap family to make a choice and says either the snake will take Nagmani or someone’s life from this house.
