The episode starts with Mohini witnessing from afar that Shiv is hearing heart beat under the Beal leaf tree. Shiv thinks this is not possible and he leaves from there.
Mohini decides to do something about Babaji’s body before Shiv finds out about it. Beera says Shiv has gone to tell Shakti about the heart beat under the ground. Beera asks Mohini to do something. Mohini asks Beera not to worry and asks Beera to come with her.
Shiv wakes up Shakti who is sleeping and asks Shakti to come with him. Shiv after bringing Shakti out of Karthik’s room hugs her.
Mohini says to Beera that they have to move Babaji’s body before Shiv Shakti come here. Beera agrees.
Shiv says to Shakti that after he made Bhagwati sleep, he went outside and he noticed that heart beat sound is coming from under the ground. Shiv says to Shakti that he doesn’t know if he is dreaming or not so he want to show it to her and asks Shakti to come with him. Shakti agrees.
Manorama says to Kishore that if Rimjim’s marriage has to settle then Rimjim should leave this house. Rimjim comments on Manorama. Rimjim says to Manorama that Keertan came here not to patch up with her but Koyal called him here. Rimjim says Koyal wants to throw her out of this house and says she is not thinking anything good of her. Manorama says to Rimjim that her thinking is wrong and says Koyal will never try to hurt her. Rimjim comments on it and says Koyal’s truth will be infront of Manorama pretty soon.
Beera tries to dig the ground but Babaji’s powers repel both Mohini and Beera. Mohini thinks Babaji might have died but his powers still haven’t gone away. Shiv Shakti come to the Beal leaf.
Mohini and Beera hide from Shiv Shakti. Beera says to Mohini that if Shiv Shakti find Babaji’s truth then their truth might also come out. Mohini says she will not allow that to happen.
Shiv says to Shakti that he is feeling heart beat from under the Beal leaf tree area and asks Shakti to feel it. Shakti puts her hand on the ground. Karthik shouts for his father. Shiv Shakti worry for Karthik and they leave from there.
Keertan messages Koyal asking her if Rimjim has agreed to come with him. Koyal voice messages Keertan that Rimjim hasn’t agreed to go with him and says she is taking revenge on her for what Keertan has done with her and comments on him.
The Kashyap family comes and sees Karthik is puking blood. Shiv asks Karthik what happened. Karthik says he suddenly felt pain in his stomach and he called them.
It is shown Mohini comes to Karthik’s room and injects poison into him to distract Shiv Shakti from hearing Babaji’s heart beat.
Shiv decides to take Karthik to the hospital. Mohini says to Shiv in her heart that to complete her goal she will kill his whole family if she has to do it.
