The episode starts with Shakti saying to Shiv that it’s god’s grace that nothing has happened to their Karthik. Shiv tells Shakti that Karthik is fine but we need to go home to finish our unfinished work. Shakti asks what work he is talking about. Shiv tells her that they need to inspect the place where we heard a heartbeat under the earth. He says these days it’s feeling like someone is controlling our life but now it’s time to get back the hold of our lives by ourselves. Shakti agrees.
Shiv and Shakti come home. They see municipality people digging the hole at the place where they heard the heartbeat sound.
Koyal asks Dharam to come to her Ad shooting place and tells him that it will help his business too. Dharam asks her if she forgives him. Koyal says whatever she has is for him and they are one. Rimjhim witnesses it in anger. Koyal sends Dharam to get ready. Koyal gives tea to Rimjhim. Rimjhim throws it. Koyal comments on her and says Rimjhim’s family is hers from here onwards. Rimjhim asks if she is trying to snatch her family from her. She asks if they can’t stay together. Koyal tells her that she is not listening to her parents so it’s tough to stay with her. Koyal prepares tea and says sometimes she feels Keertan’s misbehavior with Rimjhim is justifiable. Rimjhim gets angry and holds Koyal’s hand which makes hot tea fall on Koyal’s hand. Koyal walks back in pain and steps on a broken glass piece and gets injured. Rimjhim gets shocked.
Shiv’s family members ask the Municipality people why they are digging a hole in front of their house. The municipality officer tells them that many people are complaining that they are hearing strange voices under the ground due to a burst of pipe so they are inspecting it. Shakti and Shiv look on. Mohini thinks she knows how to trap them.
Rimjhim asks Koyal to be careful. Koyal asks Rimjhim to stop acting nice. She asks why she is behind her. Manorama and her husband come there. Manorama asks Koyal what happened to her. She starts applying ice cubes on her burned hand. Manorama asks Rimjhim if she intentionally hurted Koyal.
Shiv falls for Mohini’s ploy and believes that the heartbeat he heard was just the sound of a burst pipe. Shakti still has doubts about it. Manorama asks Dharam to take Koyal to the hospital. Dharam takes Koyal with her. Dharam asks Koyal to wait outside and he goes to call Auto. Manorama confronts Rimjhim. Rimjhim says Koyal was hurt accidentally. Manorama asks Rimjhim to apologise to Koyal. Rimjhim refuses to apologise to Koyal. Koyal overhears the calls to the Police station.
Mohini sees Baba’s finger is visible from the soil. Shakti sees Mohini is worried seeing the soil. She doesn’t see Baba’s finger due to the plant. Shakti thinks which is making Mohini tense.
Manorama ignores Rimjhim. Brijkishore on call tells Rakesh that he will come in 10 minutes. He asks Rimjhim to prepare tea for him and her mother. Manorama refuses to drink it. Brijkishore asks them to call police to solve their issue. He hears the calling bell sound and opens the door. Police comes in. Brijkishore gets shocked to see them. Manorama and Brijkishore ask Police why they came to their house. The lady inspector comments on them. She asks Rimjhim about her name. Rimjhim says her name. The inspector says Rimjhim is the culprit in the domestic violence case. Everyone gets shocked.
Shakti decides to find out the truth seeing Mohini’s fear. She walks forward to find out what Mohini is hiding from them. Mohini sees Shakti going forward and feels scared. Karthik calls Shakti when she is about to step forward and asks Shakti what is going on.
Vinod comes and introduces himself as an officer from water department. Vinod says a water pipe burst underground and due to it various kinds of sounds are coming from underground like a heart beat etc. Shakti feels something suspicious as Mohini is always looking at the place from where the heartbeat sound came from.
