Episode starts with, Dj being teased by some other inmates of the jail who accuse him of being too. He fills a jug with boiling hot water and then pours it on his own hands and stands very calm and cool. He asks them if they are thinking he doesn’t feel any pain. He says he has crossed the limit of feeling pain now and threatens others. So they all leave him alone.
Yash is taken out of the operation theatre and shifted when he gives sign to everyone that he is fine. They all ask him to recover soon. Neil tells Yuvika very emotionally that from tonight he is her fiance. He asks her to let’s go to put on
Yash says sorry to his mother for losing from the Mahajans. Shalini says that it doesn’t matter and he has to be alive for the battle and live. Yash’s brother says that he would destroy the Mahajans and till he recovers he will work on the mission that he entruster upon him.
Amarjeet sits with the doctor Kapadia. He says that although Yash came back from death today still he needs a heart transplant for his heart myopathy. He says that Yash’s heart is gradually leaving his hand. Amarjeet asks Kapadia to bring Yash’s name to the top of the heart transplant list. Kapadia says they don’t have much time and only a few days within which they need a matching heart for Yash. Kapadia gets an emergency call from the hospital so he leaves and asks Amarjeet to have faith.
Yash’s brother Aksath is seen meeting Isha. He seems to be flirting with Isha. She says he is quite more handsome in reality than in social media. Isha introduces Aksath to Yuvika and says he runs a startup of his own and works with car designs and all so he must be useful for them and their partnership must be helpful for them. Aksath gets angry seeing Yuvika but controls himself and fakes a smile. A man named Rajan Murlidhar comes to Amarjeet’s table and gives his card to Amarjeet and says he can give him what he wants right now. He says he isn’t in a mood to entertain a stranger right now so he must leave. Murlidhar says that he would leave but he talks about the heart donation thing and money. He says he has a proposal for Amarjeet.
Murlidhar says that hearts are sold in the market and he deals with organs only so he will get a heart. At midnight, Yash dreams of his encounter with Yuvika and wakes up with a jolt. Neil takes Yuvika inside and bends down on his knees and shows her the anklet. Then she grabs her feet gently and puts on the anklet while she keeps on staring and smiling at him. Then he kisses on her forehead and says that he felt like he got his mother’s blessing through this payal. Yuvika says that if her father would have been here he would have been very happy. Episode ends.
