The episode starts with the story taking place in Mumbai. Kavya asks Mayank to go back to Lucknow and tell Anjali and Rajiv that she is fine and asks them not to worry. Mayank asks Kavya what is she doing. Kavya says she is trying to find herself and says she lost herself helping others. Mayank reminds Kavya that she will lose her job is she doesn’t report to her duty tomorrow. Kavya says she knows about it and comments on it. Mayank says he hates Adi. Kavya says she doesn’t know anyone with that name.
Vicky’s grandmother sees that Vicky still hasn’t woken up. Vicky’s grandmother throws water on Vicky’s face to wake him up. Vicky’s grandmother asks Vicky what is she doing. Vicky’s grandmother comments on him. Vicky later asks his grandmother to prepare some paratha for him as he hasn’t eaten anything last night. Vicky’s grandmother agrees. Vicky’s grandmother later asks Vicky to get some 90 mL for her. Vicky agrees.
Mayank returns home and says to Rajiv and Anjali about Kavya’s example of Vada Pav. Mayank says to Rajiv and Anjali that Kavya has completely changed and says Kavya has no goals and comments on it.
Kavya gets a call from Mayank and she learns that Rajiv had a heart attack. Kavya says to Mayank that she will catch the next flight to Lucknow right away.
Kavya comes to Lucknow and she learns from Mayank that Rajiv is in the house.
Kavya talks to Vicky and gets into Vicky’s taxi to reach her home.
Vicky sees Kavya is looking sad and tries to cheer her up by saying a few jokes. Vicky says if fate throws lemon at them they should make Lemon soda with it. Kavya says they can only do that if they have salt and water and comments on it.
Kavya asks Vicky to drive the car quickly. Vicky driving the car pretty fast hits Adi’s car. Vicky blames Kavya for it as she hurried him. Kavya says to Vicky that he is the one driving and she is not afraid fault. Vicky comments on it to Kavya.
Adi gets out of the car to take a call and he doesn’t sees Kavya beside him.
