The episode starts with Rahul apologising to Mauli for his behaviour. Mauli hugs him. She thinks in her mind that she can’t able to fulfil his wish. Rahul tells her that he will wait until she gets comfortable. He then requests her to give him a kiss. Mauli agrees. She kisses him on his cheek, and then she leaves. Rahul feels that Mauli is hiding something from him.
There, Hari tells Janki that she should’ve done the same, too, if she is in Mauli’s place. He also reminds what she has done during the beginning of their marriage. Janki shares her worries with Hari about Rahul-Mauli’s relationship, but Hari assures her nothing such won’t happen like she fears.
Here, Tanvi meets Mauli. She asks Mauli to keep a distance from Rahul. Janki arrives there. She confronts Tanvi about her condition for Mauli. Tanvi glares at Mauli. She also defends her decision. She further says to Mauli that she won’t able to fulfil her promise, and then she leaves from there. Mauli gets sad, but Janki promises to be with her every step. Meanwhile, Rahul decides to spend a night with Mauli as a friend. He prepares the place for it.
Saloni informs Mauli about Rahul making arrangements to spend a night with her. Mauli gets tensed. She prays God to help her. She then goes to her room with a glass of milk. Meanwhile, Akshay and Jyoti come closer to each other, but both Samay and Minnie disturb them with their silly arguments. Akshay and Jyoti laugh at their kids.
Here, Mauli gets Rahul’s note, who asks her to meet him at the terrace, so she goes there. She praises Rahul’s arrangements. Rahul convinces her to have wine. They both then dance to a song. Rahul tries to kiss Mauli, but the latter stops him. She gives him an excuse. After Mauli falls asleep, Rahul covers her with a quilt, and then he gives her a forehead kiss. He then goes back to sleep. Mauli opens her eyes. She apologises to Rahul in her heart.
The next day, Mauli shares her worries with Janki about Rahul’s patience, which may run out eventually. Janki assures Mauli to help her. Just then, neighbours arrive there saying that they got Janki’s invitation to make arrangements for the puja. Later, Jyoti gives a paper to Janki, who is with her family ladies and neighbours. Janki tells everyone that she forgets about this particular information during Rahul-Mauli’s wedding time. She then tells everyone that newly wed couples should stay away from each other for an entire month. Jyoti and other ladies get confused, so they question Janki. Janki shuts their mouth by asking one of the neighbours to share with her experience the time she got married. The lady shares how she was asked to spend a month without her husband. She also went to pilgrimage with her mother-in-law, which makes everyone laugh. Rahul hears everything from a distance. He gets upset, so he leaves from there. Tanvi gets happy.
The Agrewal brothers discuss making a new room for Rahul-Mauli. Vijay asks Rahul about his opinion. Rahul vents out his frustration with Vijay and his brothers. He also learns that Janki didn’t follow such a rule, so he argues with Janki for forcing rules on him. Janki says it’s her final decision, and then she leaves. Rahul decides to do something. Mauli gets worried.
