The episode starts with Kishorilal telling Padma that they can’t change the destiny because they can able to see the closeness of Sagar and Vedika. Padma breaksdown when Kishorilal tells her that they should let Vedika take care of Saraswati. But Padma tells her that Vedika is their daughter. Kishorilal tells her that Saraswati has also been suffering for the past 20 years. He advises her that they should disclose the truth to Vedika and let Vedika take her own decision. Padma firmly refuses, saying that she will never let Vedika go to the Maheswari’s house where everyone is against her, including her own mother, Saraswati.
There, Saraswati speaks to Gautam’s photo. She shares her disappointment with him about not trusting Vedika and also how Vedika’s words affected her. She further tells that she should find a way to apologize to Vedika and also reconcile the relationship. She breaks down, saying that she feels like breaking Janhvi’s heart.
At night, Vedika scolds herself for not being able to forget Sagar. Meanwhile, Sagar says to himself that he has fallen for Vedika, though he is aware of Vedika, who might deny her feelings for him given the circumstances. There, Vedika tells herself that both her and Sagar are meant to be together, but it’s not their destiny.
The next day, Sagar decides to confess his feelings to Vedika. He practices about it, too. In Sharma’s house, Kishorilal notices Padma is holding a Kalash given to them by Saraswati, so he asks Padma’s decision. Padma goes to Vedika’s room without saying anything to him. Kishorilal questions her again. Padma informs him about her decision to disclose Vedika’s real identity to her. Kishorilal praises her. They both then find Vedika isn’t in the house. Kishorilal gets Vedika’s message. He informs Padma that Vedika went to the temple as she is feeling low. They both stare at each other.
In the temple, Vedika prays God to help her find an answer to her questions. Sagar arrives there. He is here for her. Vedika gets shocked seeing him, so she questions him. Sagar tells her that his intuition tells him that he can find her here. He also reminds her about their first meet in the same temple. He tells Vedika that the universe is bringing them together on how it does on their first meet. He further says it’s an important day for him. Vedika stares at him silently. Priest tells both Vedika and Sagar about an auspicious day. He gives them blessings, too. Vedika decides to leave from there, but Sagar stops her.
Sagar shares with Vedika about witnessing the failed marriage of his family members since childhood. He also says that he didn’t believe in love and marriage until he met her. He then tells in the beginning how he used to get annoyed seeing her. But everything has changed now. Also, whenever he is with her, it reminds him of Janhvi. Vedika gets emotional.
Sagar tells Vedika that he has realised that the latter is his everything and he wants to spend every second with her rest of his life. Also, he is her everything. He also tells her that he is aware of her feelings for him, too. He then tells Vedika I love you. A tear falls from her Vedika’s eyes. She then confesses her love to Sagar, which makes him happy too. They both get emotional.
Precap: Vedika tells Sagar that they can’t never be able to together. Padma tells Vedika that her parents didn’t abandon her, which shocks the latter.
