The episode starts with Baani learning through Gini about Rajat and Lavanya’s relationship, which shocks Baani. Gini takes the photos back . She requests Baani not to tell Rajat about this, and then she leaves. Baani cries. She recalls her joining day at Lavanya’s office. She says to herself that Rajat will not lie to her. But she recalls her conversation with Rajat about Lavanya. She breaks down.
In the living area, Gaurav pretends as a Baba Ji comes in front of his family members. He starts explaining about Aastha and Bebe’s life. Bebe shouts at Baba Ji. Bhishan says that he has a feeling they all know about this Baba Ji. Rajat arrives there. Bhishan removes the mustache and beard from Gaurav. Everyone gets shocked. They all laugh. Rajat informs his family about his decision to study CA. Bhishan asks about his business. Rajat tells him that his priority is to focus on his studies. So he decides to hand over his business to Shanky. He also tells them that they will get fifty percent profit from it. They may suffer a little because of his decision, but he reminds his family about Baani’s quote. Bebe gets angry, so she criticises Rajat’s decision. Bhishan also comments on it. But Gaurav and Poonam show their support to Rajat, which makes him happy. Baani hears everything from the room. She goes inside. Rajat notices it, but he gets confused by Baani’s behavior, so he follows her inside.
Rajat tells Baani that he brought a gift for her. He shows her the flower. Baani remains silent, so Rajat asks her if she isn’t happy with his decision. He then takes his CA book from which his photo with Lavanya falls down, so he requests Baani not to misunderstand him. Baani confronts Rajat about his relationship with Lavanya. Rajat admits being in a relationship with Lavanya, but he decides to move on in his life with her. Baani questions him the reason behind choosing her is because Lavanya left him? She also asks him about Lavanya’s decision to leave India after he met with her father? Rajat becomes speechless by her questions. Baani gets upset and hurt, realising that Rajat chose her only because Lavanya rejected him. Rajat asks Baani not to question him. He then leaves. Gini gets happy, understanding that her plan has succeeded.
Rajat imagines Lavanya telling him that he will not forget her, so Rajat shouts, saying it’s a lie. Meanwhile, Baani leaves the house while it’s pouring outside. Rajat realises that Baani isn’t at home, so he scolds himself for it. He also goes out to find Baani. Meanwhile, Baani breaks down, recalling Rajat’s confession on the road. She then boards on a bus, which Rajat notices it but he fails to stop her. He gets worried.
At night, Rajat thanks Baani for returning home. Baani tells him that she isn’t someone who forgets her responsibilities. She also refuses to speak with Rajat, so she goes to bed. Rajat gets upset. The next day, Baani takes Poonam’s permission to stay at her parent’s house for a night, and then she leaves for work. Rajat hears this, and he gets worried, wondering how to solve this problem between them.
Precap: Rajat overhears Poonam’s worry filled conversation with Baani on the call. The businessman tells Baani that the latter won’t understand the stock market, but Baani’s confidence surprises him.
