Episode starts with Sayali exposing Tejash’s truth to Roshni. But Tejash successfully hides his jobless condition. Tejash says Sayali herself have came here without Sachin’s knowledge. Sayali gives him the clarification and leaves for the meeting with Monty. Tejash seems nervous. Roshni’s cousin from dubai called Renuka. Renuka gets very excited that her highprofile relatives called them. That person introduces himself as Suraj.
Renuka gets very excited and called Roshni to say that Suraj called. Roshni gets very nervous that Suraj will expose her. Renuka advices her that she should talk to her father soon. Roshni tries to stop Renuka from talking to any of her relatives but Renuka denies that.
In the resturant Riya and Akash spends time with each other. They discuss positive and negative side of relation. Riya showed her point of view towards marrige. Akash asks her about her parents but she says she doesn’t care much of their advices. Akash looks tense about him famy and how they will react towards their relationship. Riya says she believes she have found her true love in Akash and she will be very happy with him in future.
Next day to unknown person comes to Deshmukh house. Renuka mistakenly thinks they must be Roshni’s father and cousin. But they are there for Renuka. They asks Renuka to pay loan in time otherwise they will take action against Renuka. Renuka gets very nervouse that her family members might finds her truth. Paresh almost catches her. But she somehow manages to hides the truth from him. She asks those unknown persons to leave their house and she herself will come to pay for the loan.
Renuka gets outside the house in hurry to pay for the money. Sachin and Sayali also leave the house to pay for the loan Sachin have taken. Sayali goes to Sachin to meet her mother. Sayali asks Sachin to give a lift to Renuka but Sachin doesn’t wants to help Renuka. Renuka takes a taxi to go to her destination.
On the Road Chitti talks to Dilip. He advices him that he will never be rich enough if he remain. He have to be dishonest in order to becomes rich and respectable. Dilip tells him how Renuka have insulted him and his family. Chitti takes him to somewhere, Dilip at first denies to go with him but later he agrees. Chitti shows him that Renuka have taken the taxi of his own and the taxi drivers is from his gang. Some illigal plan is going on in Chitti’s mind.
In the way to Sayali’s home Sachin and Sayali talks to each other. Sayali is very much worried about Sachin. Sachin is working very hard to pay for the loan. Sayali thinks he might get ill bacause of too much work load. Sachin ensures her that he is completely capable of taking care of himself. Sayali gives a of respectful glance towards him. Sachin also looks into her eyes. The couple looks happy with each other.
Next epidose, Sayali asks Sachin to take a day off from his work on 8th august. Sachin at first says no to her but later agreed. Later Sachin comes to know from Akash that’s Sayali’s birth date. He plans to made her day special.
