Episode begins with Nitya tells Kaashvi’s family that Arjun did right by marrying Meera. She invites them to Meera’s muh dikayi ceremony. Dadi scolds Nitya inviting them. She says that Arjun ruined Kaashvi’s life. Nitya tauntingly asks them to come and leaves from there.
On the other hand, Meera wonders what’s the need of muh dikayi ceremony. She hears Karun’s scream and goes to him. She asks him that what happened. Karun replies to her that his stomach aches. She takes him to hospital.
Later, Nitya welcomes society ladies. Romila comes there with her daughter in law. Nitya tells Romila that she did not expect the latter will come. They learns that Meera is not in the house. Romila asks Nitya that whether Meera went to police station to give complaint against Nitya. She says that Nitya may go to jail again because there is no bail in domestic violence case. Nitya thinks that she won’t leave Meera.
In the hospital, Kaashvi asks Receptionist about Nagesh. She sees Karun with Meera. Meera asks Doctor to treat Karun. Doctor takes Karun inside. After some time, Doctor asks who is Karun’s mother. Kaashvi and Meera claims they are Karun’s mother. Meera clears Doctor’s misunderstanding. Doctor asks them that why they let Karun eat so much junk food. Meera tells him that Karun’s grandma gives all this. Doctor warns her to be careful and leaves from there.
Nitya wonders why Meera is not picking the call. She hears society ladies gossiping about her and Meera.
Meera tells Kaashvi to see Karun because he is unconscious now. Kaashvi goes inside and gets emotional seeing Karun. She tells him that she missed him so much. Meera tells Kaashvi to not worry because Karun will be fine. Kaashvi asks Meera to not show fake concern. She says that she know what kind of person Meera and she won’t forgive Meera never. Meera tells Kaashvi that Mohan died. Kaashvi tells Meera about what Arjun said. Meera thinks that she can’t tell the truth to Kaashvi. Kaashvi thinks that Arjun told the truth to her. Meera picks Nitya’s call. Nitya tells Meera to come to home right now and disconnects the call.
Karun calls maa in his unconscious state. Meera goes to him. He holds her hand and asks her to not go anywhere. Kaashvi tells Meera that Karun need the latter so she will go to Bajwa house to handle the matter. She learns that Nagesh is unconscious and leaves from there.
Guests asks Nitya to call Meera. Nitya tells them that Meera went to salon to get ready. Kaashvi comes there wearing veil. Nitya mistakes her as Meera and takes her inside. She shows her gift to Kaashvi. Romila asks Kaashvi to show the face. Kaashvi coughs.

Precap – Arjun learns that Kaashvi is pregnant. He asks her that whether she is pregnant with his child.
