The episode starts with Shiv bringing flowers for Shakti. Shakti comes to Shiv and turns around. Shiv asks Shakti if she is so angry with him that he will not allow her to even look at her face. Shakti asks Shiv if he needs anything. Shiv says he wants to gift these flowers to her and love her. Shakti turns around and looks at Shiv.
Shakti recalls how Shiv scolded her just before. Shakti takes the flowers and throws the flowers away. Shakti asks Shiv to stop showing his fake love. Shakti comments on Shiv. Shakti says she sees nowadays he has changed as he has insulted her for another woman. Shiv asks Shakti how can he question his love for her just because there are some arguments in between them. Shiv says Shiv Shakti can never be seperated. Shakti says she also thought the same before but he opened her eyes as just before he scolded her for Mohini. Shiv asks Shakti if she got another attack. Shakti asks Shiv to stop asking her to do tests and comments on it. Padma asks Shiv Shakti what happened. Shiv tries to calm down Shakti. Mohini comes and asks Shakti what happened. Shakti lashes out at Mohini. Shiv pulls her away and tries to calm down Shakti. Shakti accidentally breaks her bangle. Mohini injects Shakti with anaesthesia.
Rimjim thinks of how to trouble Koyal. Rimjim calls Nandu and tells Nandu how Keertan troubled Kishore and Manorama. Nandu says he will do something about it and asks Rimjim not to worry.
Shiv asks Mohini if she thinks she is a doctor as she injected Shakti with anaesthesia. Shiv scolds Mohini. Shiv asks Mohini to never do this kind of thing again. Shiv puts Shakti on bed and he decides to do all the tests for Shakti tomorrow.
Nandu comes to Sharma Niwas and he finds Koyal cleaning the house. Nandu comes and talks to Koyal. Rimjim says it’s a good thing he has come alone and he hasn’t told anyone anything.
Nandu says to Koyal that Rimjim told him about what happened. Koyal argues with Rimjim why did she tell her family members about what happened. Rimjim comments as Keertan humiliated Kishore and Manorama. Nandu stops their argument and says he came here to talk to Koyal before deciding what to do. Nandu asks Koyal not to worry and says he will make Keertan answer for what he did. Keertan asks Koyal to smile. Koyal agrees.
Mohini sneakily enters Shiv Shakti’s room. Mohini takes broken bangle pieces of Shakti and places at the edge of the stick then she tries to break Shakti’s safety thread. She succeeds in removing the thread. Weather changes and indicates the upcoming danger.
